Building Blocks Into A Forest

Based on contemporary art,this thesis lists out various ways of representing the‘tree' motif and analyzes multiple meanings of it.First,according to the different forms,we will compare the evolution characters of ‘tree' in Western and Chinese art respectively.After analyzing the appearance of‘tree'in art history,we compare it with ‘tree' in contemporary art,then sum up the multiple creation methods of a motif and explore the law of creation.Third,through the retrospective analysis and summary of the process of the generation and transformation of the "tree" in contemporary art,to ponder upon the cultural connotation embodied in its creation.Finally,try to explore and clarify the creative ideas for the creation of the "tree" motif.As an element of artistic creation,the image of "tree" has been used by Chinese and Western art since ancient times.The existing research and commentary on the "tree" image in contemporary art and the systematic imagery are not systematic and sufficient,and it is found that the literature on the subject of tree as the theoretical research object in contemporary art is still insufficient.The scarcity of reference materials has made the writing of this article more difficult,and it also shows that the research direction of this paper has a greater space for exploration.The thesis mainly uses the inductive analysis and theoretical combing methods of the creative method,trying to study the generation and transformation of the "tree" as the motif in contemporary art creation,and expand and extend the vision of artistic creation.The artists ' inspiration has been discussed as a hidden clue throughout the whole article.As an important visual carrier and performance subject in the history of art,"tree" still has very important research value in contemporary art.According to the limited description of this article,it shows the deductive process in the creation of the "tree" motif,but we can draw the following conclusion: "Tree" motif creation is combined with the current era in modeling,material and concept,in the popular media Under the influence of aesthetic law,it presents a variety of expressions and new meanings.In the process of creating,artists have shown continuous breakthrough in visual pleasure and profound doubts to the established existence.This paper attempts to make a theoretical supplement to the creation method of "tree" as the carrier of imagery by combing the generation and transformation of "tree" in contemporary art.
