The Translation Practice Report Of The Federal Law On The National Payment System

The law is formulated or recognized by state agencies which relies on the enforcement of the state to ensure implementation and regulates rules of people's conducts in detail.This is a Russian-Chinese translation practice report.The object of translation is the Federal Law of the National Payment System of the Russian Federation.This law stipulates the conditions of the national payment system with a primary focus on electronic currency payments.?he Federal Law of the National Payment System belongs to the official documentary style,and its stylistic and language characteristics are distinct.During the translation process,the translator encountered many difficulties.Participles and nouns,such as abstract nouns and terms often appear in the text of this law.Complicated long sentences make up a significant portion and are difficult to translate.According to the lexical characteristics,using various translation techniques,namely,addition,omission,linear translation,reverse translation,and division,and the translator finally obtained the translation.The translator has improved a lot through the translation practice which not only allows the translator to understand the characteristics of the official documentary style,but also gives the translator a more comprehensive understanding of Russian law.
