Prosocial behavior has always been a hot issue for researchers in the field of psychology,and it plays a very important role in the development of interpersonal relationships.In recent years,researchers have paid more attention to the impact of genes on prosocial behavior.The theory of interaction between genes and the environment suggests that the social behavior of individuals is influenced by both genes and the environment.Oxytocin receptor gene plays an important role in the regulation of social behavior and has become an important candidate gene for prosocial behavior genetics research.Early family environmental factors,such as parenting style,early parental care quality have also received extensive attention as environmental factors.Therefore,based on summarizing the previous researches,this study based on the theory of interaction between genes and the environment as the theoretical basis to further investigate the relationship between oxytocin receptor gene and prosocial behavior.In this study,550 college students were selected,The parenting style was set as the environmental variable and the oxytocin receptor gene as the candidate gene.Gene detection and questionnaire survey were used to analyze the interaction of oxytocin receptor gene and parenting style on prosocial behavior and to further test their fitting model.Results were as follows:(1)There was a significant correlation between oxytocin receptor gene rs53576 and prosocial behavior.The prosocial behavior on the GG carriers was significantly higher than A allele carriers,There was no significant difference in prosocial behavior between AA and AG genotype carriers.There was no significant correlation between oxytocin receptor gene rs237887 and prosocial behavior,and there was no significant difference in prosocial behavior among carriers of different genotypes.(2)The interaction of oxytocin receptor gene rs53576 and acceptance/involvement on the prosocial behavior on male was significant.The prosocial behavior scores of the A allele carriers in the low level acceptance/involvement were significantly lower than the GG carriers.The oxytocin receptor gene rs237887 interacted with psychological autonomy granting to the prosocial behavior on female,AA gene carriers in a high level of psychological autonomy granting were more prosocial behavior than the G allele carriers.(3)The interaction pattern of oxytocin receptor gene rs53576 and acceptance/involvement was consistent with the diathesis-stress model The interaction pattern of oxytocin receptor gene rs237887 and the psychological autonomy granting was consistent with the vantage sensitivity model.
