Research On Ancient Chess Vocabulary

This paper takes ancient chess vocabulary as the topic and takes ancient chess vocabulary as the object of study.Through the exhaustive investigation of literature collection,sorting out and vocabulary screening,it reveals the overall appearance of chess vocabulary and its development and changes,and shows the dynamic development process of mutual penetration between chess vocabulary system and Chinese vocabulary system.As a subsystem of Chinese vocabulary system,chess vocabulary system is also in constant change and development.After the emergence of chess activities,the corresponding chess vocabulary constantly emerges and develops,and gradually forms a chess vocabulary system.New words in chess words include general new words,figurative words,metonymic words,legends and allusions.Most of the chess vocabulary comes from the penetration of Chinese vocabulary system into chess vocabulary system.This part of the vocabulary penetrates into chess vocabulary by means of metaphor extension,metonymy extension,transfer guidance extension and special guidance application.In the process of continuous development,some chess words have been abandoned;the other part is used continually.Some of them remain in the Chinese vocabulary system in the form of direct and extended infiltration,metaphor infiltration and generalization infiltration.As a subsystem of Chinese vocabulary system,Chinese chess vocabulary system can reflect the general rules of Chinese vocabulary system.The formation of morphemes of chess words can be divided into three types: association,restriction,domination and complementation.Some of the meanings of chess words are not simple addition of morpheme meanings.For example,two-syllable words are fused into word meanings by two morpheme meanings,and three-syllable words are fused into word meanings by two morpheme meanings and then combined with another morpheme meaning.In ancient chess vocabulary,there were variants formed by variants,unshaped written symbols of spoken dialect vocabulary,homonymic morphemes or word substitution,differences in motivation of word formation,differences in allusions and avoidance of word formation,and differences in metaphorical pronouns.Chess vocabulary has the characteristics of stability,variability and metaphor.In terms of word meaning,it has the characteristics of single meaning,symmetry and neatness,and various uses of metaphor.In addition,chess activities are not only a material culture,but also a social culture and spiritual culture.According to the cultural attributes of chess vocabulary,the cultural theme analysis of chess vocabulary can be divided into four parts: social theme,life theme,quality theme and civilization theme.
