Research On The Way To Improve The Quality Of Talent Supply For Dance Majors (sports Dance Direction) In Shandong Colleges And Universities

Supply-side structural reform was put forward in 2015,which is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the new normal of China's economic development.To strengthen supply-side structural reform is to focus on improving the quality and efficiency of the supply system.Higher education is one of the main bodies on the supply side of the economy and undertakes the mission of providing talents for the market.Higher education reform is essentially the supply-side reform,and the main task is to improve the quality of talent supply.The quality of university education supply is not only the core foundation of China's economic development and transformation,but also the necessary support to promote economic and social development.How to meet the demand side of professional talents is an important direction to promote the reform of the supply side of college education.As the supply side of talent training,institutions of higher learning should improve the quality of talent supply through supply-side reform and vigorously cultivate innovative and compound talents to meet the needs of social development.The proposal of "supply-side structural reform" provides a new research idea and method for the improvement of the supply quality of dance majors(sports dance direction)in colleges and universities in shandong province.The definition of quality in the ISO9000:2005 quality management system fundamentals and terminology issued by the international organization for standardization(ISO)in 2005 is the degree to which a set of inherent characteristics meets the requirements.The producers of talents are generally colleges and universities.Therefore,based on the concepts of "talents","supply" and "quality",we conclude that "quality of talent supply" refers to the ability or degree of meeting social needs with professional knowledge or skills possessed by students cultivated or supplied by colleges and universities.Therefore,in this paper,according to the connotation of "the quality of talent supply",using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics and other research methods,combined with shandong province college student()in the direction of sports dance the dance supply quality of the current situation and difficulties and dancing professional()in the direction of sports dance in colleges and universities in shandong province the demand situation of students,to explore the shandong college student()in the direction of sports dance dancing supply quality of the ascension path.The study found that the supply of dance majors(sports dance direction)in colleges and universities in shandong province has the following difficulties :(1)the supply structure of students is not reasonable,and the quality of students needs to be improved;(2)the talent positioning is too narrow and the supply of management system lags behind;(3)unreasonable professional structure and inadequate effective supply of internal factors;(4)insufficient attention is paid to practical education,and the external output is ineffective and oversupplied;(5)the teaching evaluation mechanism is too traditional and the supply quality feedback mechanism is missing.In the face of the ever-changing demand situation,the supply of dance majors(sports dance direction)in colleges and universities in shandong province should be transformed from extensive to quality,so that the supply system can effectively adapt to the change of demand structure,and realize the leap from low-level supply and demand balance to high-level supply and demand balance.Therefore,in the face of the above difficulties,this paper from the current supply and demand of the actual,put forward the following countermeasures :(1)optimize the quality of supply of students,improve the comprehensive quality of supply of students.(2)accurately grasp the professional positioning and prevent the management system from lagging behind.(3)reasonably adjust the professional structure and promote the effective supply of internal factors.(4)set up an education practice platform to reduce the ineffective supply of external output.(5)improve the teaching evaluation mechanism and establish the supply quality feedback mechanism.
