| The background of global economic development and increased consumer demand has made design more and more regarded as a powerful weapon for commercial competition.How to effectively coordinate,configure and integrate design resources to promote innovation is an important responsibility of design management.The design management profession still belongs to the emerging disciplines in China.It is urgent to fill in the imperfections in the optimization and innovation of curriculum teaching.In traditional design education,there are few management courses,and there is a lack of commercial guidance for design.The relationship between education and demand leads to a serious employment situation for design graduates,and the word “management” is given to undergraduates who are studying.The sense of distance and strangeness,which leads to a weak management consciousness.Therefore,this paper enhances students’ design innovation consciousness and self-driven learning ability by exploring the feasibility of designing and managing experimental readings,which is a useful supplementary form of current design management teaching.Through the analysis of the status quo of domestic design management textbooks,from the evolution of research content to the compilation of logic,it is found that the content of the textbook actually constructs a design management method system with design innovation as the core,and from the executive level,organizational level and strategy.Layer building research framework.In addition,based on the dimension of teaching,this paper explores the appeal of students’ ability in design management teaching under the goal of innovative talents training,and the adjustment of teaching ideas in the new context of the transformation of industry-university-research cooperation and flipping classroom teaching mode.Read the logic of content selection in this book,and realize the design and development of the final form of the reader by reading the innovation of the present presentation mode,in order to improve the transformation of students’ understanding from the perspective of design management teaching optimization.Finally,through the actual teaching implementation,from the perspective of evaluation and speculation,comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of reading the content organization and presentation form,to provide a reference for the future design management professional teaching. |
