Analyze How Latour Uses Light To Summarize The Picture

Painting is an expression of thinking.From point to line to face.Finally,through the images presented,we can intuitively express our inner feelings and thoughts.There were many famous artists in 17th century France,and the one who influenced me most was Georges de La Tour.In this paper,I mainly discuss the practical results of George de latour’s artistic creation in the aspect of painting language from the following three aspects,which are interspersed with the introduction of my understanding of George de latour’s painting style and the summary of the learning practice in the graduation creation stage.First of all,the first chapter mainly introduces my understanding of light and shadow language in George de latour’s artistic language,the changes of light application in his early to late works,and analyzes the specific works.Secondly,the second chapter is divided into four small parts,from the modelling,color,atmosphere,spirit comprehensive and detailed discusses the role of light and shadow in latour’s painting career.Finally is the third chapter,in this chapter,I mainly elaborated latour to my graduation creation influence.How do I combine learning with practice to achieve the desired effect in my creation?George de latour’s paintings not only record the artistic beliefs of an era,but also share with us his experience,seeing and feeling of sincere emotion in that era.Through studying the painting language of latour,I have strengthened my determination to walk out of my own style on this artistic road,perfectly express my own artistic language,and strive to go further and more splendid.
