Grammar is one of the important contents of junior middle school English.For students,grammar education in junior middle school has a fundamental impact.But at present,English grammar teaching in junior middle school needs to be improved.Some teachers pay too much attention to grammar teaching in class,monotonous and boring grammar teaching annoys students.Some teachers play down grammar teaching so that students have little understanding of grammar learning,and grammar learning is not systematic,so their self-confidence in learning English is greatly affected.Some teachers do not have enough time to explain grammar in class,it's difficult for students to grasp,and students cannot consolidate grammar in time after class.In this study,the author combined with her many years of teaching experience,micro-video as an effective teaching resource applied to grammar teaching,in order to improve the current situation of teaching and improve the teaching effect.In the course of the research,on the basis of consulting the literature and understanding the relevant theories,according to the standard of English curriculum and the characteristics of grammar knowledge,the author comprehensively considers the students' learning needs and designs.Three kinds of grammatical microvideos are made: situational grammar microvideo,thinking map grammar microvideo,and strengthening and consolidating grammar microvideo.Situational micro-video is to incorporate new grammar knowledge points into micro-video,and create language situation with multimedia materials such as pictures,audio,video and so on.This kind of micro-video is applied to the introduction of new grammar teaching classes.Let students understand,internalize and use language knowledge in real language situations to improve students' interest in learning;Thinking map microvideo is a kind of micro video which is based on the special topic of grammar knowledge and systematized in the form of thought map.This kind of micro video is applied to the pre-class preparation of grammar review class.Help students to construct grammar knowledge system,improve students' confidence in learning English;strengthening and consolidating grammar microvideo is to make micro-video from the common test points and error-prone points in grammar exercises.This kind of micro-video is applied to students' self-revision after class.Students can improve their grammar performance by repeatedly watching the common test points and error-prone points of the middle school examination and taking notes on the key and difficult points.In the teaching experiment,the author takes the students of two parallel classes in the eighth grade as the experimental objects,and establishes the micro-video resource base of grammar knowledge in the first volume of the eighth grade,and carries on the teaching practice of three kinds of grammar microvideo application in the experimental class.After the experiment,the data were analyzed by questionnaire and post-test.The experiment proves that in junior middle school English grammar teaching,the application of different types of grammar microvideos can enhance students' interest in learning grammar,help students to construct grammar knowledge system,and improve students' confidence in learning grammar.So that students can carry out self-directed learning according to their own situation,which can effectively improve students' grammar performance.The effective application of grammar microvideo has innovated the traditional English grammar teaching method,brought into play the students' subjective initiative of learning,improved the learning efficiency,and also provided a reference for other teachers to apply micro-video in teaching practice.
