The Creation Of The Sports Dance Work "Image America"

Sports dance,also known as "international standard dance",is a new type of sports.This kind of dance was introduced into China in the last century and gradually developed and matured.At present,the sports dance performance dance is appearing more and more in our country's sports dance competitions.Therefore,the integration of specific regional culture in sports dance works not only meets the needs of the public,but also greatly promotes the innovation of sports dance performance dance.Brazil is a country with multiple cultural characteristics,its culture has a strong Latin American flavor.As a gathering place of various nationalities,Brazil contains different cultures from Europe,Africa,Asia and other regions.Brazil is also outstanding in music and dance.Samba dance in Latin dance is warm,unrestrained and sexy.It gives people a graceful visual feeling when dancing.Samba is one of the most representative artistic forms in Brazil and is regarded as the national dance of Brazil by people all over the world.People often use samba to express their happy feelings during festivals."Global Confucius Institutes Tour Plan 2016" is a key activity of cultural and artistic exchanges organized by the headquarters of the State Hanban/Confucius Institutes.Shandong Normal University is entrusted by the State Hanban Office to undertake the task of national cultural exchange performance-to conduct a literary and artistic tour of the Confucius Institutes in Brazil.The tour has received high attention and support from leaders at all levels of Shandong Normal University.The sports dance work"Imagine America" was selected as one of the national cultural exchange performance programs.Under the background of the Confucius Institute tour group to Brazil,it follows the colorful culture of Brazil,takes "Brazil carnival" as the theme,and integrates the samba dance in Latin dance with Brazilian characteristic culture to convey the friendship between China and Brazil.Before the compilation of "Imagine America",we completed the preparation for the creation of this work by studying the principles and elements of the compilation of Latin Dance Performance Dance,learning and thinking about the relevant video materials,and consulting Latin Dance Professional Teachers.This paper analyses the compilation of the sports dance"Image America" from four aspects:the unity principle,the pertinence principle,the innovation principle and the artistic principle,and studies the compilation elements from three aspects:the technical action elements,the style elements and the music elements.The creative process of"Imagine America" lasted for five months.It started from the early stage,the middle stage and the later stage.First of all,determine the theme,then selected actors and music,overall design works,forming a framework,determined its style,arranged actions according to music melody,designed dance costume style.Finally,in the training run-in time after time,find out the shortcomings and modify them.On this basis,modify the works with difficult movements to enhance the appreciation.The final work "Imagine America" was selected into the tour plan of Confucius institutes in Brazil after the video evaluation and program demonstration of Hanban.It caused a sensation in all schools and received unanimous praise from foreign friends.The tour group of Shandong Normal University creates friendship with culture,promotes win-win cooperation with friendship,and interprets the spirit of "one belt and one road" with win-win spirit,which more strongly proves the foresight of new ideas in the new era.
