The Representation Of Time-space Design Elements In Graphics

In the contemporary information era,graphic design often leaves different expressions on people with different design methods.Pattern design is an important part of graphic design.At present,since various pattern designs are emerging one after another,how to highlight design style in works has become an important topic for designers.This paper holds that effective application of spatio-temporal design elements in designs can help highlight the temporal,historical,regional and national elements,and it is also the foundation of pattern design style’s establishment.After learning about the research status at home and abroad,the author found that although there are many researches on pattern design methods,few of them deal with the spatio-temporal design elements.In this case,it is advisable to carry out systematic researches.Therefore,based on material collection,arrangement,induction,practice deduction and case analysis,this paper explores the application and practice of spatio-temporal elements in the classical pattern design such as realistic pattern design,surreal pattern design,metaphorical pattern design and abstract pattern design to summarize its application methods.Meanwhile,it clarifies the application experience of spatio-temporal elements in creativity,shape,color and layout so as to complete the graduation work of“Crossing the Black Hole”.Through the study of the application of spatio-temporal design elements in classical graphic design,and the practice of the expression method of spatio-temporal design elements,the author has a certain understanding of how to express the temporal,historical,regional and national characteristics of design,and forms a pattern design style,thus providing research basis for pattern design and contemporary design.
