| Three Improvisations by Liu Tianhua are the piano pianos completed by Chinese modern composer Cui Shiguang in 1998.The theme of the three erhu songs,"empty mountain bird language","good night" and "Guangming Xing",were composed by three famous Chinese composers,performers and educationists in the early twentieth Century.Various advantages of adaptation and re-creation,the combination of the charm of Oriental national music and western composing techniques make this work another model of the integration of Chinese and Western music.On the basis of the existing research,combined with the experience of practice and performance,and analyses them from the aspects of finger touch,pedal application,decorative tone processing,and the expression of national music charm.It explores how to better use piano skills to express stringed instruments and endow Erhu tunes with the soul of the piano. |
