Meticulousre-color,also known as mineral pigments,is one of the oldest painting materials in human history. It has a long history, and it appears in many pottery and rock paintings of primitive human beings. In the history of Chinese painting, there emerged many classical rock paintings.Among them,Wang Ximeng's A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains in the Northern Song Dynasty is a very important landscape painting with Meticulousre-colors as the medium, which has more important research significance and value. This article is divided into three chapters, mainly on the history of Meticulousre-color painting and its origin and impact of a more systematic and comprehensive combing and research. The first chapter mainly explores the origin of Meticulousre-color painting and its development in past dynasties. At the same time,it systematically demonstrates the relationship with Japanese Meticulousre-color painting. The historical origin of Japanese Meticulousre-color painting comes from ancient Chinese paintings, especially the early paintings before Wei and Jin Dynasties, rather than from Japan. To adhere to this point of view is to adhere to the basic cognitive direction of studying the art theory of rock paintings. The second chapter takes the famous green landscape painting A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains in Song Dynasty as an example, and explores and analyses its structure, color characteristics of mineral pigments and painting performance techniques.Emphasis is laid on the analysis that the use of color in A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains is not only an objective reproduction of the beauty of the great rivers and mountains, but also an idealized way of subjective color presentation, which emphasizes the expression of inner feelings. It expresses a perfect unity of subjective treatment and objective nature, and is also a unique form of expression of Chinese green landscape painting. It not only shows the material beauty of rock color, but also reflects the essential characteristics of traditional Chinese color. In the third chapter, combined with my creative practice,I try to combine the traditional Meticulousre-color pigments with the brush and ink techniques of Chinese landscape painting.I don't stick to the effect of water and ink in my works.Through the use of Meticulousre-color,the color of the picture is rich and flexible, and the contrast is strong. It has both modern sense and the charm of Chinese traditional landscape painting.
