The ancients used the word "all things" to generalize the material entities existing in the world,which also explained its complex characteristics.We can't exhaust the nouns of material entities,but we can study the nouns of material entities and explore their rationality and logic.In teaching Chinese as a foreign language,although foreign students can quickly grasp the rules of Chinese grammar,it is not easy to understand and use vocabulary correctly.As far as modern Chinese vocabulary is concerned,the number of compound words and the value of language application are self-evident.This paper will study the semantic and logical motivation for the formation of substantive nouns in compound words,and then put forward relevant teaching suggestions in order to improve the efficiency of Chinese learners' learning.This paper is divided into six parts:The introduction part mainly introduces the background,purpose,significance,content and theoretical basis,literature review,innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The first chapter first explains the theoretical basis of this study,"Aristotle's Category Theory" and "Internal Form" theory,and finally explains the ontological knowledge of the "attribute focus" mechanism and the phenomenon of "nominal reference" involved in the formation of substantive nouns.The second chapter elaborates the semantic logic mechanism of nouns of material entity in modern Chinese,makes subtle analysis of nouns of different genera,analyses the semantic structure and semantic characteristics of nouns,and describes the logical schema of semantic structure.Finally,it summarizes the internal form and the rules of the construction of nouns of the same type of material entity.Chapter three investigates and analyses the teaching practice on the basis of the above theory.Firstly,the material entity nouns in the current syllabus and comprehensive textbooks are sorted out,their semantic categories are analyzed,and the basic semantic patterns of word formation are sorted out.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the learning situation of students' physical nouns,focusing on the understanding and understanding of the matching relationship between morphological and semantic features,providing practical basis for teaching suggestions.Chapter four puts forward some suggestions for the teaching of substantive nouns based on relevant theories and conclusions of investigation and analysis.The concluding part summarizes the innovations of this paper,summarizes the main points of this paper,and emphasizes the application value of the research results in this paper.
