Sports Film Research In Oscar-winning Films

As an indispensable type of film,sports film has great economic and cultural influence.In order to pursue the unity of artistry and commerciality,the oscar-winning films have become the classics in the history of film making.This paper selects 15 oscar-winning sports films as the research object,mainly analyzes and summarizes previous oscar-winning sports films by using the method of text analysis,and makes comparative analysis from the aspects of film theme,character setting,narrative structure and film language.Through the analysis of the film theme,we can find the deep problems of race,class,gender,cultural hegemony and so on.This paper analyzes the character setting and narrative structure characteristics of sports films,and understands the train of thought of story clue and core plot construction of sports films.Through the study of these films,the narrative characteristics of oscar-winning sports films can be summarized,the problems in the development and reform of China's sports films can be found,and the gap between China and successful sports films can be explored,so as to provide ideas for the connection between China's sports films and the world's sports films in the future.
