"There Are Flowers That Can Be Folded Straight And Must Be Folded"-a Report On The Creation Of The Print "Flower Series"

In this paper,the "flower series" of the painter is taken as a starting point,the meaning of "flower series" and the artistic conception of the "flower series" painting are expounded,and the painting works of "flower series" of the painter are analyzed.Through the study of Chen Guizhi's "flower series" works,especially the reference to the expression of "flower language",thus "gather ye rosebuds while ye may" print "flower series" works are created: "when hundreds of flowers blossomed splendidly on the hills","flower lost","flower language","how many are the fallen flowers","the faded petals are scattered away,the water is flowing smoothly" and other works of this series.The degumming techniques is mainly used and the flower language of watercolor painting is applied to express the sigh for hurried time so as to tell people to cherish the present life.
