Research On The Inheritors Of Gelao Folk Songs

Shiqian county is an important settlement of Gelao.The ethnic culture was widely developed in the special district environment.The main art form of Gelao is ther Gelao folk songs.It is a symbol of historical development,and reflection of their long-term lifestyle.Inheritor,as the key role,delivered the special culture by mouth generation by generation.This article takes Mao Chengxiang,the inheritor,as the case to analyze and involve their special culture by reading collecting methods.By observing their ritual process and festive can conclude their living condition and history they inherited.The article is made up of three parts,introduction,main body and conclusion.The introduction part introduces the topics of this study cause,meaning topics,research targets and methods.The first one is about geography environment,culture background and the basic situation of Gelao folk songs and the inheritor.The second part takes Mao as the clue,using dictating research method to describe Mao’s life experience,learning experience.The last part author will enumerate the representative works of Mao Chengxiang and other folk singers,which are sung by other folk singers,and analyze and summarize the characteristics of the lyrics,the innovation of the rhythm of the rhythm and the personal contribution of Mao.Finally,the main reason for becoming an outstanding folk song inheritor is discussed,and draws the conclusion that the inheritors are interdependent with the folk songs and folk cultures of the tribe.
