Luo Erchun's Oil Painting Color Language Performance Research

In the process of the development and evolution of the nationalization and localization in oil painting,in the context of the integration of art concepts and techniques,Mr.Luo Erchun,one of the third generation of Chinese oil painters,has its important research value in the exploration and construction of the formal beauty of the color language of oil painting and the expressiveness of oil painting.Luo Erchun graduated from Suzhou American College,studued under Mr.Yan Wenliang,and then he systematically accepted the education of basic courses such as painting theory,performance technique.He was influenced by Li Kuchan,Ai Zhongxin,Wu Zuoren and other Chinese painting masters,and began to insist on creating Chinese ink painting,and he was also deeply influenced by his colleague Wu Guanzhong to focus on oil painting expression research,and in the interaction between Chinese painting and Western oil painting,he gradually formed a very expressive art style.However,the status of Luo Erchun in the history of modern Chinese art has been in a state of "Marginalization" for a long time.The academic attention to Luo Erchun's art and the public's awareness of the painter mostly occurred after the tragic death of the artist in 2015.This paper adopts case study method to verify,compile and summarize the related text and picture information from all aspects.First of all,the article classifies and summarizes several important stages of Luo Erchun's artistic career,in order to make the development of Luo Erchun's art style more clear.Through the carding of the practice of the artistic creation of Luo Erchun,starting from the characteristics of Luo Erchun's oil painting,the inner and social factors of the formation of the artistic style of Luo Erchun's painting are analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the expressiveness of color,the subjectivity of color,the beauty of color and the form beauty of the color language,and analyzes his research and reference to the various schools of Western art,and discusses his artistic value and its status and contribution in the development process of Chinese contemporary oil painting.At the same time,this paper will differentiate and analyze the reasons for the individualized style of oil painting art in this complex environment,from the transplant and variation of the Chinese and Western art exchanges and the emergence of oil painting into China.Finally,we discuss the "Luo Erchun phenomenon" and the reflection,in order to study the essence behind the "Luo Erchun phenomenon",which can provide a theoretical basis for the future development of Chinese oil painting art,and can bring a new perspective for the new generation of artists to explore their oil painting performance methods.
