| Shandong province is a large art province,the participation in the arts test candidates accounted for a fifth of the total number of university entrance examination.After the Ministry of Education of Shandong Province issued the Program of Enrollment of Art Specialities in Shandong Province in 2006,for the first time,sports dance was included in the scope of the examination.Since then,the number of people taking the examination has increased every year.After the Education Department of Shandong Province issued the Program for the Implementation of the Recruitment of Artistic Specialities in Shandong Province in 2006,the Shandong Province Department of Education first included physical dance in the survey of the current status of recruitment of art majors in general institutions of higher learning in Shandong Province in 2006.Find out the problems in the development process and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Through the research methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper selects the training institutions with a certain scale formed by 50 to 100 people in 10 cities in Shandong province.On the basis of the analysis of the present situation and future development trend of physical education and dance majors in our country’s colleges and universities,we understand the present situation of training students in physical education and dance majors in Shandong province.To find out its problems in the development process,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to improve the professional level of Shandong Province sports dance candidates to provide theoretical reference and reference.The findings are as follows:(1)The level of specialization in the training of sports and dance arts in Shandong Province is low,and the methods of training for sports and dance arts candidates are divided into public and private training institutions,of which the private training institutions account for 69.2%.(2)The division of responsibilities among the personnel of training institutions is unclear.Most of the teachers of training institutions have multiple jobs,and only 30.8 per cent of training institutions have special managers.(3)The cities in the four regions of Shandong Province are affected by the prevalence of economic and sports dance.The number of training institutions varies from city to city.(4)The situation of the venue of Shandong Province’s arts examination and training institutions is worrying.In the hardware facilities,most of the training units did not make rational use of multimedia teaching equipment.(5)The curriculum is simple,mainly technical,lacking the support of theoretical courses.(6)The gender of teachers shows that there are more men and more women than men,and the level of professional skills of teachers varies widely,with teachers ’professional skills and athletic achievements in the region being in a superior position compared to those in other cities.(7)In Shandong Province,the number of female students participating in the physical dance arts training is obviously higher than that of male students.The overall situation of the students is characterized by late contact with the physical dance,poor basic dance and generally low performance in cultural courses.In view of the existing problems,six countermeasures are proposed:(1)The training of physical dance arts in Shandong Province shows the imbalance between the proportion of public schools and private institutions,and the cooperation between public schools and private institutions is recommended to reduce the risk of students choosing training institutions.(2)In view of the fact that 42.3 per cent of the tra:ining institutions in Shandong Province do not have the qualifications for employment,it is proposed to raise the threshold for training institutions to run schools and strictly enforce the entry level.(3)Improving the facilities of training institutions,enhancing the use of other effective facilities and encouraging the use of a variety of teaching methods.(4)To raise the level of professional skills of teachers in the physical and dance arts examination in Shandong Province,to increase the opportunities for teacher training and competition and to properly solve the financial problems.(5)The training curriculum for the physical dance arts examination in Shandong Province is mainly focused on the content of the examination in colleges and universities,weakening the study of theoretical courses,resulting in a single study of candidates ’cultural qualities.(6)For candidates with poor basic dance skills,it is recommended that training institutions make reasonable use of training time to strengthen the training intensity of candidates.All training units are encouraged to invite well-known players and teachers to teach and exchange lessons regularly. |
