| Hsiao Tyzen was one of Taiwan's most important composers in modern times,he was mainly devoted to the integration of music and Oriental elements in Taiwan and western classical music.The music style was influenced by the late romanticist composer Rachmaninoff and the romantic composer Chopin and the 20 th century composer Bartok.At the same time,the background of the church's growth and music in Taiwan also influenced his creative ideas.His works are numerous,and they are very broad and inclusive of various types of works.In this paper,we mainly study his piano works,take the Op.37 "Poetic Echo",the Op.55 " Farewell Etude " and the Op.57 "Toccata" the three piano works as an example.It will analysis the formal structure,the theme,the melody and the accompaniment texture,the writing techniques in 20 th century music and the vocabulary of poetry,to summary the creative technique of the piano works,music style and playing techniques.For this paper,I has studied the literature and music material collected,and I prepare to discuss the composition and performance of Tyzen's piano works in four parts.In the first part,it mainly introduces Mr Hsiao's life and the factors that influenced his writing style.In the second part,it mainly take the three of his piano works as examples,through the analysis of the structure of the three pieces,subject,motivation,melody line,accompaniment texture,the creation of the twentieth century technique and his unique poetry music vocabulary,to summarizes Mr Hsiao's music style of piano works;In the third part,it mainly discusses how to play his piano works;The fourth part mainly discusses the significance of playing the piano works,and what can we learn from his works is that we can play the others works of other composers from each periods.,which is the focus of this article and meaning.The author hopes that the study of this paper will provide some reference for the people who play the composer's piano music works in the future. |
