Investigation And Analysis Of Sports Dance Training Institutions In Five Districts Of Chengdu

Under the background of the national strategy of healthy China,sports dance has been highly praised and loved by the general public because of its strong functions such as fitness,well-being,and aesthetic education.Since the 2010 Asian Games Asian Games athletes created 10 gold medals in sports dance,China's sports dance has entered a period of rapid development.At present,the development of sports dance in Chengdu presents a relatively high level.As the grassroots organization for sports dance development,sports dance training institutions play an important role in the development of sports dance,the improvement of citizens' physical fitness and the cultivation of good exercise awareness.At the same time,the development of sports dance training institutions is also an important support for the development of sports dance in Chengdu.This article uses field visits,questionnaire surveys,interviews,and documentation methods to investigate the development of sports dance training institutions in Chengdu five city District.The investigation and analysis of the basic conditions of the sports dance training institutions in Chengdu five city District,the operating conditions of the training institutions,and the status quo of the practitioners in the training institutions were conducted to understand the development of the sports dance in the training institutions in Chengdu five city District.Its existing problems and factors that affect the development of sports dance in training institutions,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote the training institutions to better carry out sports dance projects.The results of the study indicate that the sports dance training institutions in Chengdu five District are mainly for-profit;the training institutions are small-scale,diversification,division of labor,and chain operations are the main business models for training institutions;the sports dance market lacks relevant department supervision,and the market order is relatively high.Confusion;internal management model of training institutions to be optimized;marketing tools and propaganda methods are more traditional and lack of innovation;sports dance teachers are mainly young teachers,and high-level,full-time teachers are few;institutional training targets young people and influence consumer spending.The main reason is the level of teachers in training institutions,educational concepts and course prices.This article proposes the following suggestions for the above situation:First,strengthen the management and control of the sports dance market order in Chengdu and create a healthy and healthy competition platform.As soon as possible,the government agencies that govern the organization's jurisdiction should be clarified and supervised.We will ban the training institutions that do not meet the standards and purify the sports dance training market.Improve the sports dance market access and withdrawal mechanism.Establish a unified fee standard.Unified teacher qualification certification system,and the education department to control.Second,optimize the internal management model and means.Clear division of labor,optimization of staffing,responsibility to people.Establish a consumer feedback and evaluation system,and timely improve problems.Configure professional marketing staff and human resources departments.Third,attach importance to the construction of the teaching staff,attract outstanding talents,and build a team of high professional teachers.Emphasizing the training of teachers' teaching level and the establishment of teachers' career development planning.According to the teaching level,teaching effectiveness,attendance,length of work,consumer feedback evaluation,performance and other aspects to establish a sound salary system and promotion system.We will vigorously develop the working model of full-time teachers.Fourth,create training courses featuring courses,highlight the core competitiveness of training institutions,put forward the educational concept of training institutions,and establish training organization culture.Fifth,improve the service standards of training institutions,establish consumer feedback mechanisms and communication platforms with consumers,and increase consumer satisfaction.Sixth,multi-channel and multi-mode publicity,expanding marketing scope and improving marketing capabilities.Pay attention to the importance of network promotion and online marketing.
