Enterprises develop rapidly in our country,more and more big companies enter into the world top 500 companies,the cross-regional development of the enterprise is more common.In the cross-regional development of the enterprise,due to the local conditions and customs of each area,life habits are difference is bigger,often encounter cultural adaptation cross-regional development problems.Because of the different culture,different area people communication is difficult,difficult to different parts of the enterprise system docking.Personnel and institutional differences,is bound to cause employees on micro tension of inefficient and business work,on the macro,bringing to a halt enterprise cross-regional development.More domestic and foreign scholars study the cultural adaptation problems in the development of enterprises across regions,however,this kind of research often exclude Banks,this paper takes the trans-regional development of A city commercial Banks as the research object,try to describe the Banks in the development of cross-regional to deal with the process of cultural adaptation problems.By describing the process,analysis of cultural adaptation problems in specific industries and specific region culture is how to be solved.This analysis is helpful to supplement the cultural adaptation in the evolution of the banking sector,at the same time to decode the cultural adaptation problems in other companies to provide the reference.This paper first collected the related cultural adaptation,all kinds of accepted the mainstream theory of cultural adaptation.Second,by the method of descriptive writing,this article describes the present situation of the cultural adaptation to the case subject and industry background,analyzed the main body to the case across the culture of the target area of regional development,compares the subject’s own cultural characteristics and cultural characteristics of the target area.Again,this paper introduces the cross-regional development main body of the cultural adaptation process,including the use of the strategy,enterprise culture to adapt to all kinds of adjustment,etc.On this basis,the article summarizes the case research subject in the gain and loss in the process of cultural adaptation,and analyses the gain and loss,in the cross cultural adaptation strategy in the regional development of the enterprise has carried on the induction,the enterprise cultural adaptation process is roughly divided into three stages,suggest that enterprise at different stages to take different strategies of cultural adaptation. |
