Everyone's childhood has its special meaning.Because of the family planning policy,most of contemporary's memory was a lonely existence,the toy dolls accompany me when I was a child,so they become the only memory of my childhood.Although the dolls were gone away from my life,those good memory still remains in my mind,I still believe that,they are alive.This paper work introduce the Puppet in the doll system,put the focus on the puppets in the painting,make study of this kind of artists who focus in the puppet painting field,The research is divided into four parts,the first chapter is the summary of the doll,from a historical context,regional cultural attributes and functions and divided the puppet from its doll family,focused on the functions and classification of the three-dimensional puppet;the next chapter make introduction of the artists who focus on the puppet paintings.and the final chapter is about the graduate creation.The author who is also a puppet painter,hopes that through this research,more profound understanding of the dolls' world will be build up,and keep walking firmly in the puppet painting road.
