Observation On The Curative Effect Of Modified Fixed Yijinjing On Home Rehabilitation Of Elderly Patients After Hip Fracture Operation

Objective:Observe the effect of modified fixed Yijinjing exercises for postoperation of elderly patients with hip fracture in the household rehabilitation,and provide evidence for guidance in clinical and household rehabilitation.Methods:Postoperation of elderly patients with hip fracture transferred to the fourth rehabilitation hospital of shanghai had been offered rehabilitative treatment in hospital for one month.After one month,68 elderly patients in all patients who would return home met to the criterion and were divided into conventional household rehabilitation group and Yijinjing intervention group by randomization.The patients in conventional household rehabilitation were given including ROM,muscle strength,balance and ADL exercise;Yijinjing intervention group is on the basis of conventional household rehabilitation plus modified fixed-type Yijinjing;Intervention time of two team is 3 months.Both groups of patients were evaluated with hip function scale(Harris),activities of daily living(Barthel index),geriatric depression scale(GDS),and quality of life(the Chinese version of the SF-36 Health Self-Assessment Scale)in the pre-intervention period and after 3 months of intervention.Result:(1)The score of the Harris scale and Barthel of the patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group after 3 months of intervention(p<0.05).(2)The total score of GDS scale of the patients in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(p=0.032).(3)In the SF-36,the scores of physiological functions of the patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05);but the scores of physiological functions,physical pain,emotional function,social functions,vitality and mental health is not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:The modified fixed-type Yijinjing can improve the patient’s limb function,daily living ability,depression and it can promote the improvement of patients’ physiological functions in quality of life,when postoperation of elderly patients with hip fracture rehabitated in the household.
