Objective: Dong Guirong,a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,observed that there was a certain distribution pattern of scalp hair angle in many years of clinical treatment.During the process of acupuncture,he found that most of the scalp acupoints were distributed in the hair border of scalp hair angle.Based on a large number of clinically effective cases over the years,and through the clinical research of "Scalp Penetration Acupuncture method of Eight Diagrams in the Treatment of Infantile Cerebral Palsy",he innovatively summarized and put forward new acupuncture method,namely Scalp Penetration Acupuncture method of Eight Diagrams.In order to standardize the acupuncture method,he carried out this research.Based on the clinical basis of Scalp Penetration Acupuncture method of Eight Diagrams in the treatment of infantile cerebral palsy.By measuring the distribution angle of the eight diagrams of human scalp hair angle and the anatomical projection position of cerebral artery,lobe,meridian and octagonal and octagonal lines of scalp hair angle under magnetic resonance imaging,the natural distribution law of human scalp hair angle shape was determined,and the corresponding relationship between octagonal and octagonal lines of scalp and cerebral artery,lobe and meridian was explored,which established Morphological Structure and Material Basis for Scalp Penetration Acupuncture method of Eight Diagrams.Methods: 152 local volunteers from Shanghai Yueyang Hospital without major brain organic lesions were studied.When measuring the scalp hair angle,marked the hair angle of the protrusion of the scalp hair edge.Drew an inelastic fixed angle line of 20 cm in length from the center of the inelastic plastic ring.(The inner part of the ring was divided into four large parts by the inelastic high horsepower line cross,and the center of the ring was fixed)The center of the circle was placed at Baihui Point.The fixed angle line was connected with the mark hair corner point and the fixed angle line is in a tight state.At this time,marked the intersection of the top corner line and the circle with the marker pen,repeated eight times,and finally the angle of each hair angle in the circle centered on Baihui was measured by electronic digital display angle ruler,and the angle distribution law of scalp hair angle was determined;MRA images of cerebral artery rings were taken from 152 volunteers to mark the position of cerebral artery rings,and the distribution angles of cerebral artery rings were measured by AUTO CAD2018 software.Twenty-four young volunteers from Yueyang Hospital were selected to mark their scalp with octagonal and octagonal lines.The subjects who completed the relevant markers were scanned with 3.0T magnetic resonance whole body scanner.Then the original images were summarized and the corresponding relationship between octagonal and octagonal lines of scalp and cerebral arteries,lobes and meridians was analyzed.Result: The hair angle of human scalp presents the shape and regularity of the Eight-Diagrams distribution.There are differences in the distribution of hair angle between men and women,and the distribution of hair angle in men is slightly larger than that in women.There is no difference between men and women in the angle of the branches of cerebral artery rings,and there is a significant correlation between the anterior horn,right frontal horn,right temporal horn,right occipital horn and the distribution of the arteries on the right side of cerebral artery rings.There is a significant correlation between the right occipital horn and the distribution of the posterior cerebral artery on the right side of cerebral artery rings in women.The anterior and left frontal lines of the octagonal line of scalp hair pass through the parietal lobe and frontal lobe;the left and right temporal lines pass through the parietal lobe and temporal lobe;the left and right occipital angle lines and the posterior angle lines pass through the parietal lobe and occipital lobe.The anterior horn line of the octagonal hair angle of the scalp corresponds positively to the A1,A2 segments of the anterior cerebral artery and the pericorpus callosum artery;the left and right temporal horn lines correspond positively to the convex segment of the internal carotid artery and the M1 segment of the middle cerebral artery;the left and right occipital horn lines correspond positively to the P2 segment of the posterior cerebral artery;and the posterior horn lines correspond positively to the vertebrobasilar artery.The octagonal and octagonal lines of scalp hair are closely related to the circulation of head meridians.The anterior horn is Shenting point of Du vein,the left and right frontal horn is near Taiyang point,the left and right temporal horn is near Xiaguan point,the left and right occipital horn is near Fengchi point,and the back horn is Yamen point.Its anterior horn line coincides with Governor Vessel,and the left and right frontal horn line intersects with Governor Vessel,the bladder meridian and the gallbladder meridian;the frontal horn line intersects with Governor Vessel,the bladder meridian,the gallbladder meridian and the stomach meridian;The left and right occipital angle line intersects with Governor Vessel,the bladder meridian and the gallbladder meridian,and the posterior angle line coincides with Governor Vessel.CONCLUSION: The distribution of human scalp hair angle is similar to the figure of Eight Diagrams withregularity.The octagonal lines of scalp and hair all pass through multiple lobes and correspond to cerebral artery.The octagonal lines of scalp and hair all pass through multiple lobes and correspond to cerebral artery.The scalp hair horns and eight lines are distributed in the densely distributed areas along the meridians,and are closely related to the meridians.Therefore,it is suggested that the octagonal and octagonal lines of scalp hair are intrinsically related to brain and meridians,and that stimulating scalp hair angle can regulate cerebral blood vessels,lobes and meridians at the same time.
