Objective:Through this clinical randomized controlled study on the treatment of residual lumbar and leg pain after lumbar posterior internal fixation, the clinical efficacy and safety of beryllium acupuncture therapy for residual lumbar and leg pain after lumbar posterior internal fixation were evaluated, and the posterior lumbar posterior approach A new, reliable, safe and convenient treatment for residual lumbar and leg pain after lumbar posterior internal fixation. Methods:According to Napai criteria,50 patients with residual lumbar and leg pain after posterior lumbar internal fixation surgery from June 2018 to October 2019,selected from the Department of Orthopedics,Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Capital Medical University, were 40%males,with an average age of 60 years old, minimum 27 years old, maximum age 86 years, fixed segment:single segment(15 cases),double segment(22 cases),three segments(13 cases). There is a possibility of onset 1 month to 7 months after surgery.According to the principle of random grouping,50 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,25 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with beryllium acupuncture, once a week, and a week was a course of treatment, requiring a total of 3 courses(3 weeks). The patients in the control group were treated with drug therapy.Diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets were taken orally twice a day, each time taking 50 mg,and each course of treatment was 7days,requiring a total of 3course of treatment. Before treatment, after 1 week, after 2 weeks, and after 3 weeks, the two groups performed VAS score,JOA score, safety index and efficacy evaluation for each patient.Results:1.Statistical analysis was used to analyze the results. The age, gender, surgical site and segment of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and comparability was established.2.The two groups of patients received beryllium acupuncture treatment and oral diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets enteric-coated tablets, respectively, and were followed up for 3 weeks. After the first week of treatment, there was no significant difference in the efficacy of reducing pain(reducing VAS score)between the two groups(P=0.1435>0.05),it can be seen that in the treatment period of 1 week, the two methods have the same effect on reducing the VAS score;comparing the difference between the two methods to improve the JOA score(P=0.4266>0.05),it can be seen that the two kinds of treatment 1 week The method is almost the same for improving the JOA score.Comparing the efficacy of the two groups(P=0.26>0.05),the results are also similar. It is basically the same. After 2 weeks of treatment, the data showed that the average difference between the two methods in the VAS score was:3.16±1.25 in the treatment group and-2.00±1.66 in the control group, indicating that the effect of beryllium acupuncture on reducing the VAS score after 2 weeks of treatment was significantly better than diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets(P=0.00<0.01);the two groups had similar effects in improving the JOA score(P=0.1313>0.05);comparing the efficacy of the two groups(P=0.049<0.05),indicating that after two weeks of treatment, compared with diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets, beryllium acupuncture can produce Obvious clinical efficacy. After 3 weeks, the average difference between the two methods in the VAS score was:-3.96±1.54 in the treatment group and-2.76±1.92 in the control group, indicating that the effect of beryllium needles on reducing the VAS score after treatment for 3 weeks was significantly better than that of diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets(P=0.00<0.01);compare the average of the difference between the two groups of JOA scores, the treatment group is 7.16±3.48,the control group is 4.76±3.76,indicating that after 3 weeks of treatment, the effect of beryllium acupuncture to improve the JOA score significantly exceeds the control group(P=0.04<0.05);then compare the effects of the two methods(P=0.040<0.05),indicating that beryllium acupuncture is superior to diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets after the third week of treatment. Conclusion:After 3 weeks of treatment and recording the results of the two groups of patients,it is not difficult to analyze by statistical methods:the overall efficacy of beryllium acupuncture in the treatment of residual lumbar and leg pain after internal fixation of the lumbar spine is better than oral diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets enteric coated tablets, especially from After 2 weeks of treatment, the beryllium acupuncture group was significantly better than the diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets group, and the diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets group began to improve the pain relief after two weeks of treatment.
