Purpose:Through the comprehensive diagnosis of ear cavity to observe the specific changes of ear cavity of the clinical pancreatic cancer patients,to explore the feasibility of using ear cavity diagnosis for treatment of pancreatic cancer patients,and the value of its follow-up research.Methods:According to the relevant literature and theories,I selected 7 right ears' ear cavities(the ear cavities of stomach,pancreatic bile,spleen,endocrine,tumor specific region ?,?,?),and adopted the combined diagnostic methods of ear cavity diagnosis,ear cavity palsy and ear cavity electrometric determination,to observe 61 pancreatic cancer patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of pancreatic cancer and 60 non-pancreatic cancer healthy people who don't meet the diagnostic criteria of pancreatic cancer.On the basis of electrometric determination,I used Nanjing Xiaosong XS-100A ear cavity detector.After observed and measured the results,I recorded the changes in color,morphology and electrical reaction of the ear cavity,then analyzed the data by using SPSS 23.0 software.Results:It is statistically significant that two groups of people's right ears appeared pigmentation in the ear cavity stomach area,congestive red in the tumor specific area II,and bulge in the ear cavity endocrine area(P<0.05),It is very statistically significant that two groups of people's right ears appeared pigmentation in the ear cavity of pit pancreatic bile area and the spleen area,the bulge in the ear cavity of pit pancreatic bile area and the endocrine area,and hair hyperplasia in the ear cavity of the endocrine area(P<0.01).Moreover,two groups of people's right ears'electrometric determination results in the ear cavity of the pit pancreatic biliary region,the spleen area,endocrine region and tumor specific area ? are also very statistically significant(P<0.01)In addition,pancreatic cancer patients with advanced stage(stage ?,stage ?)are more likely to be positive in ear cavity's color and morphology than patients in early stage(stage ?,stage ?).Early stage patients are more sensitive to electrometric determination.Patients who received molecular targeted drug therapy and pure Chinese medicine therapy(no other treatment at the same time)show a higher percentage of abnormal changes in ear cavity.Patients receiving radiotherapy have a higher percentage of positive reactions in electrometric determination of the ear cavity.Pancreatic head cancer patients showed a lower percentage of positive reaction in ear cavity electrometric determination and a higher percentage of positive reaction in electrometric determination,while the patients of pancreatic tail cancer show a higher percentage of positive reaction in ear cavity electrometric determination and a lower percentage of positive reaction in electrometric determination.Conclusions:Pancreatic cancer patients' ear cavity have a certain difference in color,morphology and electrometric determination with non-pancreatic cancer patients,also due to different stages,different treatments and different parts of pancreatic cancer,patients show different ear cavity changes,so from a clinical point of view the ear cavity has a certain value and a high feasibility for the early auxiliary diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,and is instructive in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
