Objective:In this study, the early high resolution CT signs of pulmonary interstitial changes and their TCM syndromes, lesion location, pathological stages, blood gas analysis indicators were studi.Relationship between early TCM syndromes and changes in lung interstitial matter and high resolution CT syndromes, disease location, staging and blood gas index, and to provide theoretical and clinical basis for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung disease with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine are objectively evaluatedMethods:A retrospective analysis was made of 434 in-patients with interstitial pulmonary disease stage I and II diagnosed by the deputy chief physician of respiratory department of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2013 to 2017.The lung high resolution CT imaging data, the four diagnostic data of traditional Chinese medicine and blood gas analysis indexes were collected, the relationship between CT signs such as interlobular septal thickening, ground glass opacity, reticular opacity and blood gas index,location,stage,7 syndromes of TCM and 3 concurrent syndromes was observed?Statistical methods were analyzed by SPSS21.0 softwareResults:434 patients with interstitial pulmonary disease were classified into three types syndrome 227 cases(52.3%),deficiency 151 cases(34.8%)and concurrent syndrome 56 cases(12.9%).Specifically,they were divided into seven types:lung-qi deficiency 34 cases(7.8%),lung-kidney Qi deficiency 48 cases(11.1%),Yin deficiency 31 cases(7.1%),lung-kidney-qi deficiency 38 cases(8.8%),phlegm turbidity obstruction 78 cases(18.0%)lung syndrome. There were149 cases(34.3%)of phlegm-heat syndrome and 56 cases(12.9%)of pulmonary syndrome. The lesions were divided into three types:diffuse bilateral lung in 24 cases(5.5%),bilateral lower lung in 353 cases(81.3%)and unilateral lung in 57 cases(13.1%).The early pulmonary high resolution CT signs of interstitial lung disease were divided into three types:ground glass opacity 260 cases(59.9%),thickening of interlobular septum in 350 cases(80.6%)and grid opacity 273 cases(62.9%).The pathological stages were divided into phase ?:ground glass 282 cases(65%)and phase ?:grid opacity 152 cases(35%).Blood gas indexes were PH,PO2,PCO2,HCO3 and Lac.Then divide them into two groups:(1)the relationship between the syndrome of interstitial lung disease, deficiency syndrome, concurrent syndrome and the early signs, lesion location, stage and blood gas index of high resolution CT was compared;(2)the relationship between the seven major types of interstitial pulmonary disease syndrome and the early symptoms, lesion location, stage and blood gas index of early high resolution CT was comparedConclusions:Statistical analysis shows that:1.The thickening of Interlobular septum was more obvious in the first stage and the mesh shadow in the second stage was more obvious;2 Diffusion of bilateral lungs was more common in stage ? than in stage ?;3.The grid shadows of stage ? patients:7 cases(13.21%)of Phlegm-Turbid obstruction of lung syndrome were the most common and other TCM syndromes were rare;4.The accumulation of Phlegm and heat in PaCO2 of pulmonary syndrome was the lowest and the deficiency of Yin in PaCO2 of internal heat syndrome was the most.
