The Establishment And Application Of A TCM Intelligent Health Diagnosis And Treatment Plan Based On The Image Of The Tongue

This paper consists of two parts.The first part is literature review,which is composed of two parts:the application of TCM tongue diagnosis in the prevention and early warning of diseases and the application of artificial intelligence in TCM tongue diagnosis.The first review introduces the relationship between TCM Constitution,chronic diseases and precancerous diseases in TCM tongue diagnosis and treatment,and proposes that the combination of tongue diagnosis can enhance the objectivity of TCM Constitution identification,and to a certain extent can reflect the incidence trend of chronic diseases and precancerous diseases.On the other hand,tongue image is closely related to the incidence and prognosis of tumor.Tongue image can not only indicate the potential risk of tumor,but also guide the treatment of tumor,judge the effect of treatment and prognosis of tumor.The second review introduces the current situation of the combination of artificial intelligence and TCM diagnostics.Compared with modern medicine,the biggest feature of TCM is personalization and subjectivization.Therefore,the combination of artificial intelligence and TCM diagnostics needs to break through the subjectivization of TCM diagnostics,namely the objectification of four diagnostic indicators.At present,the combination of artificial intelligence and traditional Chinese medicine is still in the initial stage,and the combination of artificial intelligence and tongue diagnosis is also relatively simple,with diagnosis or auxiliary diagnosis as the main part,and there is no guide for treatment.The second part of the paper focuses on the establishment and application of intelligent health diagnosis and treatment program of traditional Chinese medicine.Objective:(1)based on the theory of health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine,the scheme of intelligent health diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is established with tongue image as the core to provide a platform for individual intelligent health preservation.(2)Improve and enrich the content of database,and improve the guidance level of TCM intelligent health diagnosis and treatment program in TCM disease prevention and treatment and health preservation ability.The system of TCM instrument is used to identify and interpret the 8 established tongue features.Eight kinds of tongue features are red(crimson),light white,tooth mark,crack,ecchymosis,yellow,thick and exfoliated.Based on the results of the system interpretation,manual identification and correction are carried out.30 cases of each feature were selected as standard pictures after examination.The standard library of tongue features consists of 240 standard images with 8 features.The database of health guidance consists of four parts:"tongue image identification","health guidance","dietotherapy and health care" and "health poetry",in which "tongue image identification" describes the characteristics of tongue image,its TCM significance and TCM dialectics,and predicts its possible discomfort symptoms and the common western medicine diseases of tongue image;"health guidance" part gives the TCM pathological state of a tongue image,The corresponding health care suggestions are given,including diet taboo,food recommendation,emotional management,exercise guidance,moxibustion,massage and health keeping methods,etc.;the "food therapy and health care" part gives the food(Medicine)with health care effect based on the same source of medicine and food according to the specific tongue image and the significance of traditional Chinese medicine,and also gives the simple and easy food therapy based on these food(Medicine)Menu.The part of "health poetry" is selected from the health poetry drawn by Professor Li Peiwen,the chief expert of our department,and supplemented for the lack of database.The tongue image in the database is dialectically analyzed,and the health care guidance,health care prescription,health care poetry and painting are matched with it.Form a text-based "tongue image health advice" induction.Based on the standard database of tongue features and the health guidance database,and based on the principle of "image syndrome formula",the standard tongue features and the corresponding health guidance scheme are mapped one by one by using AI technology and image clustering classification technology to form the intelligent health diagnosis and treatment scheme of traditional Chinese medicine.Through summing up the tongue image information obtained in practice,those with true positive sensitivity test are directly input into the database as a supplement to the basic database;if the false negative is a systematic interpretation error,summarize the rule of error,and input the database after manual correction as the enrichment and correction of the basic database;for those with "matching failure" in the pop-up window,most of them are complex
