| Objective"Can or not" is an important part of Treatise on febrile diseases, but there is no special research so far.Based on the five ancient biographies before the Song Dynasty, this paper explores the circulation and the relationship between versions, reveals the original appearance of febrile diseases through the textual research of its origin, correctly interprets many controversial issues related to it,in order to reflect the academic value of "can or not",make up for the lack of literature research, and promote the development of febrile diseases academic.MethodsBy comprehensively using the methods of philology, edition, bibliography, text genesis, comparative analysis, induction and deduction, this paper comprehensively traces the circulation of the "can or not" chapters, makes an investigation and comparative analysis of the catalogues and texts of the five biographies before the Song Dynasty one by one,and further combs the circulation context, and on this basis, makes a textual research on the origin of the "can or not" chapters.Results1.The seven biographies of the volume of Pulse classic are the oldest. The first 17 sections are "can or not".There are 341 articles(13019 words),including 248 articles of six meridians disease(8870 words)collected from "three yin and three yang" and 93 articles of non six meridians disease(4149 words)collected from "more than three yin and three yang".It is characterized by classification by law, prescription without medicine and disorganization of articles2.The order of "can or not" in Jinguiyuhan classic is basically the same as that of "can or not" in volume 7 of Pulse classic, with slight difference. The minor difference is that there are some additional articles, lack of articles and replacement of order in Jinguiyuhan classic, which is the result of Wang Shuhe’s "focusing on can or not be treated".In the northern and Southern Dynasties, there was no name for Jinguiyuhan classic, but there was a fact of Jinguiyuhan classic. The medical book cited in the Xiaopin medical formulary included Zhang Zhongjing’s Distinguishing typhoid, which was the cover of this book.In the Tang Dynasty, there was the name of Jinguiyuhan classic, which was first recorded in Song History art and literature.3.Chunhua version,Tang version and song version of Treatise on febrile diseases are similar to the text of Jinguiyuhan classic in many aspects, such as text characteristics, article rules, habitual differences and so on.Both Chunhua edition and Tang edition of Treatise on febrile diseases have the phenomena of adding, missing and content changing, especially in Chunhua edition. There are only eight fragments of "can or not" in the Song Dynasty, which were handed down in the society before the Sui Dynasty. The content of the eight sections is complete, and the order of the eight sections is basically the same as the seventh volume of the Pulse classic and Jinguiyuhan classic, which is the biggest difference between the song version as the fragmented version and the Tang version and the Chunhua version. In addition, there are many changes in the text of "can or not" in the Song Dynasty. One is rewriting, which is mainly due to the changes of times, resulting in the rewriting of the usage of words and vocabulary and the rewriting due to the personal writing habits of the scribes. The other is adding, which is mainly for adding the proofreading and annotation of prescriptions and Lin Yi,etc.,which is 6599 words.4.Through Shuhe’s Annotation "Shaoyin" and "jueni"in volume 7 of the Pulse classic,we can see that before Shuhe compiled the "can and can’t",the "three yin and three yang"already existed.Shuhe transcribed the original text into "can or not" according to the treatment principles of non perspiration,Kehan, can’t go down, can go down, and so on.In addition, the "can or not" chapter has articles to be repeated The trace of transcription series, such as division, splicing and abridgment.ConclusionFirst,Treatise on febrile diseases "can or not" is the first complete summary of TCM treatment.Wang Shuhe reorganized the "can or not" two times, the first time the results were found in volume 7 of the Pulse classic, which was "Wang Shuhe collected Zhong Jingping’s pulse essentials";the second time he reorganized Volume 7 of the Pulse classic as the base for adding, deleting and modifying, attached to the "three yin and three yang" chapter, and incorporated it into the Zhang Zhongjing’s Prescription(that is Volume 15 of Zhang Zhongjing’s Prescription),which was "to re collect all can or not be treated properly" "Second,Fifteen volumes of Zhang Zhongjing’s Prescription is the complete works of Zhongjing. At the end of the Southern Song Dynasty, nine volumes of the Treatise on febrile diseases were separated out. This is the mother of all treatises on febrile diseases after the Wei and Jin Dynasties, including the Treatises on febrile diseases, including the treatises on "can or not".About the Sui and Tang Dynasties,it is known as the Jinguiyuhan classic.Thirdly,"Can and can’t" in the book of the jade letter in the Jinguiyuhan classic.Chunhua,Tang and song editions are closely related to each other. They should be the versions of Jinguiyuhan classic(or equivalent to its content and structure)that are handed down and summarized in different times.Fourth, the original appearance of Zhongjing febrile diseases is "three yin and three yang",not "can or not",and the "can or not" is compiled by Wang Shuhe according to the transcription category of "three yin and three yang". |
