Objective:With the changes of diet and lifestyle, the prevalence of hyperuricemia increases year by year. The application of exercise intervention in chronic diseases is more and more common.Currently, the clinical guideline of exercise for hyperuricemia patients is not specific enough to effectively guide them to exercise, and inappropriate exercise has a negative impact on the condition. This study will observe the effects of fast strength training combined with aerobic exercise intervention on serum uric acid and inflammatory in patients with hyperuricemia,so as to explore an appropriate exercise prescription, change the adverse lifestyle, and delay the progress of the disease.Method:Recruit Male hyperuricemia patients from Tianjin Medical University Chu Hisen-I Memorial Hospital. The subject randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group participated in 12 weeks of fast strength training combined with aerobic exercise intervention, the control group received health education, haven't organize exercise.Serum biochemical indicators(such as uric acid,TNF-?,etc),body shape indicators(such as weight, etc),functional indicators(such as VO2 max, strength, etc)were tested before and after intervention. The data were processed by SPSS 25.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The experimental group:Compared with before intervention, serum biochemical indicators such as uric acid and TNF-? decreased significantly(p<0.01),leptin increased significantly(p<0.01),no significant difference in adiponectin, free fatty acids and il-6(P>0.05).No significant difference in body shape indicators.Functional indicators such as the distance of pushing ball, vital capacity,VO2 max increased significantly(p<0.05),no significant difference in reaction time(P>0.05).Bilateral upper limb muscle strength and left lower limb extensor muscle strength increased significantly(p<0.05),no significant difference in bilateral lower limb flexor and right lower limb extensor muscle strength(P>0.05).(2)The control group:Compared with before intervention, serum biochemical indicators such as TNF-?decreased significantly(p<0.01),leptin increased significantly(p<0.01),no significant difference in uric acid, adiponectin, free fatty acids and il-6(P > 0.05).Body shape indicators such as weight,BMI increased significantly(p<0.01).No significant difference in functional indicators and strength(P>0.05).(3)Comparison between groups:Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between two groups. After the intervention, serum biochemical indicators such as uric acid, free fatty acids,il-6 and TNF-? in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).Functional indicators such as the distance of pushing ball and left upper limb extensor muscle strength in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:12-week fast strength training combined with aerobic exercise intervention can significantly reduce blood uric acid level in male hyperuricemia patients by increasing fat metabolism to control body weight, while reducing the level of chronic inflammation, improve its cardiorespiratory endurance and muscle strength,is a safe and effective exercise prescription for the treatment of hyperuricemia...
