Meta-analysis Of The Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands With The Method Of Regulating Qi And Dissipating Stagnation And The Study Of The Rule Of Medication

Purpose: This study used Meta-analysis to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Liqi Sanjie Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Frequency analysis and cluster analysis were used to summarize the medication rules of Liqi Sanjie in the literature,in order to provide a valuable reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.Material and method: During 2010-2020,literatures published in China How Net,Chongqing Weipu,China Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang and other authoritative databases on the treatment of mammary hyperplasia with Liqi Sanjie Chinese patent medicines were retrieved.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,qualified literatures were screened for quality evaluation,and the data of the literatures were meta-analyzed using Revman 5.3 software.Then using Excel and SPSS 25.0 software to establish data tables included in the literature,the frequency analysis and cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicines for treating breast hyperplasia by Qi-regulating and dissipating method were conducted,and their medication laws were summarized.Results:1.A total of 367 literatures were retrieved in this study,and 19 Chinese literatures were finally included in the study.A total of 2092 patients were included in the study,of which 19 literatures studied the total effective rate.The results showed that RR = 1.24,95% CI(1.20,1.29),P < 0.00001,and 13 literatures studied the cure rate.The results showed that RR = 1.66,95% CI(1.47,1.89),P < 0.00001,there were 8 literatures to study the adverse reactions,the results showed: RR = 0.31,95% CI(0.23,0.43),P < 0.00001,there were 2 literatures to study the recurrence rate,the results showed: RR = 0.27,95% CI(0.11,0.64),P = 0.003,there were4 literatures to study the size of the mass,the results showed: MD=-2.54,95% CI(-4.07,-1.01),P = 0.001,there were 3 literatures to study the serum estrogen E2,the results showed:MD=-100.75,MD=-100.7595% CI(-225.69,24.18),P=0.11.There were 2 literatures that studied luteinizing hormone LH.The results showed that MD=5.65,95% CI(0.42,10.87),P=0.03.Three literatures studied progesterone P,and the results showed that MD=1.90,95%CI(1.60,2.20),P<0.00001.2.According to 367 literatures screened in the first part,after re-screening,80 literatures were finally obtained,including 102 traditional Chinese medicines,934 times of total medication frequency,of which,high frequency medicines were used for more than 10 times,with a total of 30 flavors.The order from high to low was Bupleurum chinense,Angelica sinensis,Xiangfu,Shaoyao,Tulip,Fritillaria thunbergii,oyster,Prunella vulgaris,Licorice,Chuanxiong,etc.The first three ingredients were cold(43.33%),warm(26.33%)and flat(23.33%).The first three ingredients were bitter(42.00%),acrid(28.00%)and sweet(18.00%)respectively.The main meridians were liver(30.13%),spleen(17.80%)and stomach(12.31%).Thirty high-frequency drug cluster analysis combined with the professional knowledge can be divided into the following drug pairs: seaweed and kumbu,Atractylodes macrocephala and poria cocos,trigonum and peach kernels,neem and orange core,Fructus aurantii and cigus mushroom,Pilocarpus and pangolin,rhizoma corydalis and Radix Paeoniae rubra,zedoary,Bupleurum and Rhizoma cyperi,and Paeonia lactiflori.Conclusion:1.The effect of Liqi Sanjie Chinese patent medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of breast hyperplasia is better,which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,regulate the endocrine system of patients,and control the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process.2.The frequency of using traditional Chinese medicine for treating breast hyperplasia by regulating qi and dispersing knots is in the order of Bupleurum chinense,Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma Cyperi,Paeonia lactiflora,Tulip,Fritillaria thunbergii,Oyster,Prunella vulgaris,Licorice,Ligusticum chuanxiong,etc.The medicinal properties are mainly cold medicines,and the medicinal flavor is mainly pungent and sweet.Most medicines belong to the liver,spleen and stomach meridians,and some correlative drug pairs are obtained.
