Correlation Analysis Between Heart Rate Variability And Weakness And TCM Syndrome Types In Elderly Patients

Purpose: To analyze the relationship between heart rate variability(HRV),debilitating degree and syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference for the identification of high-risk groups prone to cardiovascular events.Material and method: From November 2019 to January 2020,patients from outpatient and inpatient departments of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected,which met the inclusion criteria.General data and four diagnosis information were further collected.The collected data were statistically analyzed.Results: 1.Totally 100 patients were included in this study.According to the evaluation of debilitating phenotype,they were divided into non debilitating group(19%),pre debilitating group(30%)and debilitating group(51%).There was no statistical difference among the three group in age,gender,marital status,smoking and alcohol history,body mass index(BMI)and other general data(p>0.05).We can exclude the influence of these general conditions on HRV analysis.2.Analyze HRV and debilitation,there is statistical difference between the debilitation groups of different degrees(P < 0.05),HRV results non debilitation group > pre debilitation group > debilitation group;the average heart rate also has statistical difference among the three groups(P < 0.05),debilitation group > pre debilitation group.3.According to the information of four diagnoses,the patients with asthenia were divided into 20 cases(39.20%)of deficiency of heart and spleen,15 cases(29.40%)of heart and kidney failure,11 cases(21.60%)of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,and 5 cases(9.80%)of deficiency of heart,liver and blood.The main clinical manifestations were fatigue 96.1%,perturb 94.1%,mental fatigue 78.4%,palpitation 72.5%,waist and knee weakness 54.9%,nocturia 47.1%,insomnia 41.2%,dizziness 39.2%.The main manifestations of tongue vein were thin and white fur(68.6%),weak vein(58.8%),light red tongue(42.2%),red tongue with little tongue coating(27.5%),light fat tongue(21.6%),fine and fast pulse(27.5%).4.Analysis of TCM syndrome type and HRV,RMSSD has statistical difference between different syndrome types(P < 0.05),heart kidney failure syndrome < heart spleen two deficiency syndrome,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome;VLF and LF have statistical difference between TCM syndrome types(P < 0.05),heart spleen two deficiency syndrome > spleen Kidney Yang failure syndrome,heart kidney failure syndrome;HF has statistical difference between TCM syndrome types(P < 0.05),heart kidney failure syndrome < heart kidney failure syndrome Deficiency of heart and spleen,deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.Conclusion: 1.With the aggravation of debilitation,HRV decreased gradually,and the ability of cardiac autonomic nervous regulation decreased,which increased the risk of cardiovascular events.2.The main clinical manifestations of debilitated patients are deficiency of Qi and blood,Yang deficiency and(or)yin deficiency,and the disease location is mainly in heart,spleen and kidney.3.The most obvious decline of HRV in the syndrome type of heart kidney non intersection is the deficiency of Qi and blood Yin and Yang,autonomic nerve disorder,the prognosis deviation,and the risk of cardiovascular death,which should be focused on prevention and treatment.
