Purpose:To explore the early clinical effect of SuperPATH approach combined with baduanjin "left and right bow like shooting" hip joint function exercise after artificial femoral head replacement.Material and method:A total of 40 patients with elderly femoral neck fractures who underwent SuperPATH approach for artificial femoral head replacement in the orthopedics department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Affiliated Hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were selected. All patients met the inclusion criteria, and randomized patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group was given exercises on the 3rd day after the operation, each exercise was about 15 minutes,2 to 3 times a day for 3 months;the control group was given SuperPATH approach for artificial femoral head replacement combined with conventional rehabilitation training.control group was given conventional rehabilitation training on the 1st day after the operation for 3 months.Surgical indexes(length of operation, length of surgical incision,Intraoperative hemorrhage, time of first out of bed after operation),VAS pain score before and after surgery,Harris score before and after surgery and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: 1.The surgical indexes(length of operation, length of surgical incision,Intraoperative hemorrhage, and time of first out of bed after operation)in the two groups were compared P> 0.05,which was not statistically significant and comparable. No adverse reactions occurred during follow-up.2.Comparison of preoperative VAS pain scores between the two groups of patients(P = 0.601> 0.05)was not statistically significant and comparable. The comparison of VAS pain score at 1 week after operation(P = 0.023 <0.05)was statistically significant, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group.3.Comparison of Harris scores before surgery(P = 0.162> 0.05)between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant and comparable;Harris scores before surgery and 1 and 3 months after surgery were compared(P = 0.034 <0.05)and(P = 0.025 <0.05),which was statistically significant, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: 1.Compared with the traditional rehabilitation training program, the Ba Duan Jin rehabilitation training program can significantly alleviate postoperative pain in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.2.Compared with the traditional rehabilitation training program, the Baduanjin rehabilitation training program can significantly improve the Harris score at 1 and 3 months after hip surgery, and improve the hip mobility of patients.
