Hip Arthroscopy Combined With Xinshentongzhuyu Decoction For Postoperative Curative Effect Of Patients With Blood Stasis And Qi Stagnation Type FAI

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the functional recovery and quality of life improvement of Xinshen Tongzhuyu Decoction after arthroscopic treatment of FAI(Femoroacetabular Impingement)patients.The changes of various indexes and scores before and after surgery were compared between the treatment group and the control group and analyzed to prove the clinical effect of Xinshen Tongzhuyu Decoction on patients' postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life improvement.Material and method:Subjects were selected from September 2017 to July 2019.The patients were treated in the second department of orthopedics of the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 64 patients with FAI were selected.Using random grouping method,64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group only used conventional surgery and was given conventional symptomatic treatment after surgery.The treatment group was treated with symptomatic treatment combined with oral Xinshen Tongzhuyu Decoction(approval number: Liao Yaozhi Z20150638)after the operation.VAS and Harris scores were performed on 40 patients in each group before and one month after surgery.Finally,SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for comparison and analysis.Result:1.The postoperative VAS score of the treatment group was 1.56 ± 0.67,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 2.97 ± 0.742.The postoperative harris score of the treatment group was 87.66 ± 1.93,which wa s significantly higher than that of the control group 82.13 ± 2.79.Conclusion:The treatment effect of hip arthroscopy combined with Xinshen Tongzhuyu Decoction in treating femoral acetabular impingement syndrome has obvious advantages compared with hip arthroscopy alone.The combination of the two can not only effectively relieve pain after surgery,but also improve the effect of postoperative treatment,greatly reduce the pain caused by the disease,and improve the quality of life of patients.
