Experimental Study On The Synergistic Effect Of Acupuncture And Medicine On Hyperlipidemia Mice

Purpose:In this experiment,the mice model of dyslipidemia was established.After modeling,use a therapy of acupuncture combined with Yi Gong lipid-lowing prescription to treat those dyslipidemia mice.And observing the behaviors and fat of those dyslipidemia mice,as well as the content of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and superoxide dismutase.After the experiment described above,the mechanism of using acupuncture combined with Yi Gong lipid-lowing prescription for treatment of dyslipidemia mice,and sequentially guide the clinical medicine.Material and method:In this experiment,male healthy KM mice with body weight of 20±2g were selected and fed adaptively for one week.Then 58 KM mice meeting the test standard were randomly divided into blank group(n = 13)and experimental group(n = 45)by using random number table method.The mice in the experimental group were fed with high-fat feed for modeling,and the blank group was fed with ordinary feed.After 4 weeks of feeding,5 rats in each group were randomly selected,blood was collected from eyeball,blood lipid was detected and then killed.After the successful establishment of the model,the mice in the experimental group were randomly divided into 5 groups,8 mice in each group,which were model group,acupuncture group,Yigong Jiangzhi Yin group,combination of acupuncture and medicine group,simvastatin group and blank group.Simvastatin group was given simvastatin 0.01 ml /(kg·d)gavage,Yigong Jiangzhi Decoction group was given Yigong Jiangzhi Decoction 0.01 ml /(kg·d)gavage,the other groups were given equal volume physiological saline gavage,acupuncture group Fenglong,Zusanli,Neiting,retaining needles for 20 min,the other groups were fixed for 20 min.After 4 weeks of intervention,body weight,blood lipid and superoxide dismutase were observed.Results:1.After treatment,the weight of mice in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.01).The combination of acupuncture and medicine group was significantly better than that in the other two groups(P<0.02).2.Compared with the model group,the sod value of the treated mice increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with acupuncture group and yigongjiangzhiyin group,TC and LDL-C in acupuncture combined with medicine group were significantly lower and HDL-C was significantly higher(P<0.05).3.Compared with the model group,the sod value of the treated mice increased significantly(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),Compared with acupuncture group and yigongjiangzhiyin group,SOD of acupuncture combined with medicine group increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at Fenglong,Zusanli and Neiting combined with Yi Gong lipid-lowing prescription can effectively improve the behavior,body weight,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C contents of mice with dyslipidemia.2.Acupuncture at Fenglong,Zusanli and Neiting combined with Yi Gong lipid-lowing prescription can increase the content of superoxide dismutase in mice with dyslipidemia.3.This experiment shows that acupuncture combined with Yi Gong lipid-lowing prescription has a certain therapeutic effect on dyslipidemia,and its mechanism may be achieved by inhibiting the redox reaction.
