The Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Arthroscopy Combined With Buzheng Xugu Pills In The Treatment Of Primary Frozen Shoulder Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency

Purpose:to compare the clinical efficacy of Buzhengxugu pill(bzxg)and simple shoulder arthroscopy in the treatment of frozen shoulder,and to explore the advantages of bzxg in the treatment of frozen shoulder after shoulder arthroscopy,to provide a certain reference for clinical treatment of primary frozen shoulder.Material and method:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,62 patients with primary frozen shoulder(deficiency of liver and kidney)were enrolled from March 1,2018 to March 1,2019 in the department of orthopaedics and traumatology,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,according to Doll’s clinical case random table method(see attached figure,all patients signed informed consent),divided into test group and control group.The experimental group was treated by shoulder arthroscope and the control group was treated by shoulder arthroscope.The patients in both groups needed arthroscopic shoulder release under anesthesia.After the operation,the patients in both groups received the same symptomatic treatment and were instructed to perform routine functional exercises.On the 3rd day after operation,the patients in the test group began to take Buzheng Xugu pill 9.0 g(1 pill)orally,twice a day for a month.The VAS pain score,Constant shoulder function score and shoulder joint mobility of the two groups before and 2 days after oral administration,2 months after oral administration,and 5 months after oral administration were recorded,and evaluate the efficacy.According to the standard course of treatment and all evaluation of patients for statistical analysis,using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.There were no significant differences in gender,age,preoperative VAS pain score,Constant shoulder score and shoulder motion between the two groups(p > 0.05).Comparing the preoperative and postoperative pain score,Constant shoulder joint score and shoulder joint motion of the two groups before and after treatment,we found that the two groups were significantly improved,it confirmed the clinical effect of surgical treatment of frozen shoulder.2.The VAS pain score,Constant shoulder function score and shoulder motion were compared between the two groups at the end of Oral Medication 0 days after operation.There was no significant difference between the two groups,the results showed that the two groups had the same therapeutic effect at the end of 0 days.The patients in the two groups had better pain relief and shoulder joint dysfunction relief.3.After 2 months and 5 months after oral administration,the VAS pain score of the patients in the test group was lower than that of the control group,the Constant shoulder function score and shoulder mobility test group were higher than the Control Group,and the shoulder mobility were higher than the control group,buzhengxugu pill was superior to arthroscopic treatment in the aspects of pain improvement,shoulder function score and shoulder mobility.The curative effect of the Test Group was obviously better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Under the current conditions,arthroscopic treatment of primary frozen shoulder has a clinical effect.2.Buzhengxugu pill and arthroscopy can improve the clinical symptoms of frozen shoulder,but he effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group after 2 or 5 months.3.The patients with primary frozen shoulder should exercise the function of the affected shoulder moderately at the early stage of treatment to prevent the adhesion of the capsule and tissue It is very important to guide the patients to do exercises properly in time,moderate and reasonable for preventing frozen shoulder early and functional rehabilitation of frozen shoulder patients.
