The incidence of patients with acute myocardial infarction has been increasing year by year,and the mortality rate of the disease has not been significantly reduced.In order to improve the survival rate of patients with acute myocardial infarction,it is particularly important to manage the patients' physical health after their discharge.With the development of information and network technology and the continuous improvement of China's hospital information system,hospitals at all levels have reduced the management cost and improved the service level through information construction.Based on this background,this project designed and developed a set of information-based implementation schemes for patients with acute myocardial infarction.This system uses B/S architecture,the main programming language is Python language,the background is developed using Django Web application framework,and the data is stored through the SQLite database.The main functions of the system are divided into data collection function and information exchange function.Data collection is to collect and save patient data for doctors to perform data statistics and analysis in the background.Information exchange includes writing articles,sending and receiving emails,and giving feedback.In the information communication module,multiple convolutional neural network models are used to add corresponding tags to the article,which can replace manual operations,saving users the time to write articles,and at the same time it is convenient for other users to view the articles according to the tags.A follow-up management system for patients with acute myocardial infarction can help doctors understand the changes in the patient's physical condition in a timely manner after the patient is discharged,promote communication between doctors and patients,help patients prevent and treat related diseases,and improve the hospital's service level.After a comprehensive test,the various functions of the system are normal,with excellent compatibility and stability.
