Patients with scoliosis undergo orthopaedics by inserting nail rods(orthopedic screws and orthopedic rods),and adopt different nail rod installation schemes according to the position and degree of scoliosis of different patients.Different installation schemes, different orthopedic effects, and different stress distribution of nail rods. This topic is based on the establishment of a finite element model of degenerative scoliosis after orthopedics, analyzes the nail or rod installation plan with the best orthopedic effect, and clarifies the maximum postoperative mobility of patients with scoliosis,as long as the patient moves within the allowed range of activity,It can effectively avoid the situation that the nail rod is deformed or broken due to excessive stress, which not only provides safety for patients, but also provides theoretical support for the rationalized surgical plan in the future. This subject selected 4 typical degenerative scoliosis patients from all cases as the research object, and respectively adopted 4 different nail rod installation schemes for surgical orthopedics. The subject is mainly based on the post-operative CT image of the patient to create a finite element model, simulate and analyze the six working conditions of forward flexion, backward tilt,left-right bending and left-right rotation, and compare the force of the nail rods of different installation schemes under various working conditions Situation, and the sensitivity analysis of the nail rod to obtain the sensitivity curve, according to the sensitivity curve and the yield strength of the titanium alloy nail rod to determine the maximum mobility of 4 patients under different working conditions. The main research contents of this topic are:(1)Rebuild the 3D model. The CT images of the spine of 4 patients after operation were collected as the data source for 3D model reconstruction, and the software was used to reversely reconstruct the 3D model of scoliosis correction.(2)Establish a finite element model.HyperMesh is used to pre-process the reconstructed 3D model to establish a complete finite element model of scoliosis correction.(3)Force analysis of nail rods.Load the finite element model in ANSYS to simulate the movement of 6 working conditions of forward flexion, backward tilt, left and right bending, and left and right rotation. The stress distribution of the nail rod under various working conditions is obtained.Stress conditions under working conditions.(4)Sensitivity Analysis. The sensitivity analysis of the finite element model was carried out in Workbench, and the sensitivity curve was obtained.According to the sensitivity curve and the yield strength of the titanium alloy nail rod,the maximum mobility of 4 patients under various working conditions was determined.
