| Objective: To study the specific expression of Lnc RNA and m RNA in the wounds of anal leakage caused by diabetic American cockroach.Methods: Screening of diabetic anal leakage wounds with high-throughput sequencing technology using differentially expressed lnc RNAs and m RNAs using American cockroach extract.GO analysis and KEGG pathway analysis of differentially expressed m RNAs and lnc RNAs were used to select significantly expressed m RNAs and lnc RNAs.Results:13186 m RNAs with significant differences were screened(5162up-regulation differences,8024 down-regulation differences),and 2242 lnc RNAs with significant differences(649 up-regulation differences and1593 down-regulation differences).The preliminary screening of Lnc RNA was analyzed,and the Wayne diagram was drawn to take the intersection of1413 Lnc RNA as the final predicted Lnc RNA.Through preliminary prediction of target genes,we selected 8 lnc RNAs related to this study.GO analysis of differentially expressed m RNAs and lnc RNAs,the GO functions of up-regulated m RNAs are mainly enriched in immune system processes,cell activation,cell process regulation,leukocyte activation,etc.;the GO functions of down-regulated m RNAs are mainly enriched in epidermal development and skin Development,tissue development,epidermal cell differentiation,etc.The GO functions of differentially expressed lnc RNA-cis are mainly enriched in epidermal cell differentiation,epithelial cell differentiation,regulation of cellular metabolic processes,keratinocytes,etc.;the GO functions of differentially expressed lnc RNA-trans are mainly enriched in cellular metabolic processes and proteins Combining etc.KEGG pathway analysis was performed on differentially expressed m RNAs and lnc RNAs,and six pathways related to this study were selected: TNF signaling pathway,Chemokine signaling pathway,NF-kappa B signaling pathway in m RNAs up-regulation pathway,and Inflammatiory in lnc RNA-cis pathway.Bowel disease(IBD)and MAPK signaling pathway and AMPK signaling pathway in lnc RNA-trans pathway.Conclusion:The study found that lnc RNAs play an important biological role in promoting wound repair,and obtained 8 lnc RNAs that may affect the healing of diabetic anal leakage wounds by American cockroach extracts,and concluded that American cockroach extracts may affect epidermal and epithelial cell differentiation by,Apoptosis and growth,protein binding and other functions to promote wound healing,screened 6 KEGG pathways that may be relevant to this research. |
