Objective: The incidence rate and mortality of dilated cardiomyopathy have been increasing year by year. How to increase the survival rate of dilated cardiomyopathy patients has been widely concerned by many experts and scholars. This paper aims to observe the clinical effect of maoshixinkangyin combined with conventional western medicine on patients with primary dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods: 23 patients were selected from the outpatient department of Cardiology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine, who had been diagnosed as primary dilated cardiomyopathy and had been treated with western medicine regularly for more than 3 months. The self-control test method was used. The routine western medicine treatment was used as the control group in the early stage of the patients, and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine was used as the treatment group Month is a course of treatment, through comparing the two groups of patients with TCM syndrome quantitative score,Minnesota quality of life score,NYHA rating, cardiac function, clinical efficacy, safety monitoring and other indicators to draw a conclusion. Results: The improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was much greater than that in the treatment group with Western Medicine(P<0.05).The improvement of mingsou quality of life score and NYHA rating in the two groups was significantly better than that in the treatment group with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine(P<0.05).The LVS value,LAS value,FS value and LVEF value before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LVEDd value(P>0.05);and there was no significant difference in RAS valueand RVS value before and after western medicine treatment and integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment(P>0.05).LVS value,LAS value and LVEDd value in the treatment group of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were significantly lower than those in the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05),FS value and LVEF value were significantly higher than those in the Western Medicine treatment group(P<0.05);the clinical effect in the treatment group of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was far greater than that in the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood routine index, liver and kidney function index before and after the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(P>0.05).Conclusion: Xinkangyin combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of primary dilated cardiomyopathy can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms, effectively improve the heart function, effectively improve the pathological morphology of the heart, and its effect is accurate, which can be widely used in clinical trials.
