The Effect Of Tongxinluo Capsule On The Establishment Of Collateral Circulation In Ischemic Stroke Based On The Theory Of Luo Disease

Objective:Through the study of the influence of Tongxinluo capsule on the establishment of collateral circulation of cerebral collateral,the relationship between collaterals and collateral circulation was explored,so as to provide further clinical support for the theory of collateral disease guiding the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:In this paper,60 eligible patients who visited the Department of Encephalopathy of Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangmen city from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and numbered according to the sequence of treatment,and randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group was given oral Tongxinluo capsule,and the control group was given oral butylphthalide soft capsule.The treatment cycle was14 days.The NIHSS score and MRS score of the patients were evaluated before and after administration,respectively.Meanwhile,the establishment of collateral circulation was observed by MRA before and after treatment.The vital signs,liver and kidney function,and coagulation function of the patients were observed before and after treatment as safety indexes.Finally,relevant data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the effect of tongxinluo capsule on the establishment of collateral circulation in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Results:(1)general clinical data of the two groups,such as age,gender and other differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)compared with before treatment,NIHSS and MRS scores of patients in both groups were reduced,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the differences between groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Compared with before treatment,the establishment of collateral circulation after treatment was improved after MRA evaluation between the two groups,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)the total effective rate was 80% in the control group and 70% in the treatment group,and the difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: This study shows that tongxinluo capsule can effectively improve neural function in patients with cerebral apoplexy,to reduce the degree of the sick,improve prognosis,improve the living ability,also have to establish the role of collateral circulation to improve the patients,compared with butyl phthalide soft capsule treatment,both theoretical guidance for disease prevention and cure cerebrovascular disease provides clinical support further.
