Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Yangmofang Combined With Sequential Therapy On The Endometrium After Uterine Adhesion (kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Operation

Objective: By comparing the TCM symptom scores and endometrium effects of pure sequential therapy and sequential therapy combined with Yangmufang before and after treatment of mild-to-moderate IUA patients after TCRA,it is clear that Yangmufang improves the clinical symptoms of TCM after TCRA and promotes endometrial repair Efficacy.Methods: A total of 60 postoperative patients with TCRA who met the mild-to-moderate IUA diagnostic criteria in the outpatient clinic of our hospital were collected.All patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was given sequential therapy.The observation group combined with the film-preserving prescription on the basis of the control group.For 3 cycles of treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded.On the 14 th day of menstruation before and after treatment,the endometrial thickness ED,uterine artery pulsatility index PI,and uterine artery resistance index RI were measured under four-dimensional ultrasound.All data were statistically processed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods.Results: 1.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P all 0.00 <0.01),the difference of the TCM symptom scores between the groups was significant,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P = 0.00 <0.01).2.After treatment,the thickness of the endometrium of both groups increased significantly(P all 0.00 <0.01),the endometrial thickness of the observation group compared with the control group increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.00 <0.01).3.After treatment,the PI of both uterine arteries decreased significantly(all P <0.00 <0.01).The PI of both uterine arteries in the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.00 <0.01).4.The RI of both uterine arteries of both groups decreased significantly after treatment(all P <0.00 <0.01).The RI of both uterine arteries of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.<0.01).5.Comparison of the total curative effect of TCM symptoms.The total effective rate of the observation group is 100%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 70%.The total curative effect of TCM syndromes between the groups was significantly different,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P = 0.00 <0.01).6.Comparison of clinical comprehensive efficacy,the total effective rate of the observation group is 100%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 90%.The clinical comprehensive curative effect between the groups was significantly different,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P = 0.00 <0.01).7.Safety analysis.There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients in the study.One patient in the observation group had a slight breast swelling for 3 days during the medication,and 2 patients in the control group occasionally had mild nausea.There were no abnormalities in the safety indicators in both groups.Conclusion: Combined with Yangmufang and Sequential therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of TCM who the mild-to-moderate IUA patients after TCRA,promote the repair of endometrium and increase uterine artery blood flow.It is superior to pure sequential therapy and has good safety and clinical promotion value.
