The Objective Study Of Tongue Picture In Lung Cancer With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin And Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: Combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,a large number of tongue parameters and basic information of healthy people and lung cancer were collected by using tongue diagnostic instrument and clinical questionnaire.A database of tongue information parameters including basic information and four diagnostic information was established.The differences of digital information parameters of tongue between healthy people in physical examination department and lung cancer patients with Qi Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome were analyzed.Methods: Through tongue diagnostic instrument,health assessment questionnaire(H20 scale)and clinical diagnosis record of traditional Chinese medicine(V2018),221 subjects were collected,including100 healthy people,121 lung cancer patients,including 70 patients with Qi Yin deficiency syndrome,51 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,Through the above three groups,explore whether there is a statistical difference between the tongue image of lung cancer patients and normal people and the different syndrome types of lung cancer patients.Results:(1)There were 11 parameters of tongue color,including zhiclrla,zhiclrcr,zhig,zhiclrb,zhiclrr,zhiclrh,zhiclri,zhiclrl,zhiclrlb,zhiclr y and zhiclrcb,all of which were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)The parameters of tongue coating color,such as tag,taiclrh,taiclrla,taiclrlb,taiclrcr and taiclrcb,were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)There was significant difference between perall group(P < 0.05).(4)There was nosignificant difference in the parameters of tongue coating thickness(perpart),tongue coating color(TAIR,taiclrr,taiclrg,taiclrb,taiclri,taiclrs,taiclrl,taiclr y),tongue color(zhiclrs,zhir and zhiclrg)(P >0.05).Conclusion: The tongue zhi Clr La and zhi Clr Y parameter values of qi-yin deficiency syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were significantly increased and the tongue tongue tai G,tai Clr La,and thickness perpart parameter values were significantly increased.Tongue quality zhi Clr Cr,zhi Clr H,zhi Clr B,zhi Clr R,zhi Clr L,zhi Clr I parameter values and tongue coating tai Clr H,tai Clr La,tai Clr Cr,tai Clr Cb parameter values were significantly reduced.Explain the two syndromes of deficiency of qi and yin and the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.By dividing the color space of the tongue and tongue fur,the differences in parameters such as the difference in hue,signal and brightness value are analyzed to determine the development trend of the disease.When the value of the parameter expressed in different meanings changes,it needs to be highly valued,regularly reviewed,early diagnosis and early treatment.
