Purpose:To analyze the regularity and internal mechanism of TCM syndrome type, incidence time and season of acute myocardial infarction, and to provide epidemiological basis for the prevention and treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Material and method:Patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in the Department of Cardiology,First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, from January 2018 to December 2018,were included in the study.Their age, sex, time of onset, onset season and TCM syndromes were recorded. The data were used to calculate the composition ratio of each syndrome type of acute myocardial infarction, and the SAS statistical package was used to analyze the peak incidence and concentration trend of the syndromes of acute myocardial infarction in time and season.Results:1.180 patients with acute myocardial infarction, the distribution of TCM syndromes were:turbid occlusion(35%)> qi stagnation and blood stasis type(27%)> yang deficiency type(24%)> yin deficiency syndrome(14 %),and there was no significant difference in gender, age, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, and previous history of myocardial infarction between different syndrome types(p>0.05).2.180 patients with acute myocardial infarction had a tendency to develop at the onset of the disease. From the overall incidence, the peak time of onset was concentrated at Chen time(14.5%)and child time(9.4%).From the incidence of various syndrome types, the peak time of turbid occlusion type was at 9 a.m to 11 a.m(p<0.01);the peak of qi stagnation and blood stasis type was at noon(p<0.01);the peak of yang deficiency type was at the peak Time(p<0.01);there was no significant difference in the onset time of yin deficiency type(p>0.05).3.180 patients with acute myocardial infarction have a concentrated trend in the onset season. From the overall incidence, the peak season of the disease season is concentrated in spring(32%)and winter(28%).From the onset of various syndrome types, the peak season of turbid occlusion was spring(p<0.01);the peak season of qi stagnation and blood stasis was winter(p<0.01);the yang deficiency type and yin deficiency type were not There was a significantdifference(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.There are obvious regularities and periodicity in the onset time and onset season of patients with acute myocardial infarction.2.The use of traditional Chinese medicine time medical theory to analyze and explore the internal mechanism of disease incidence has certain clinical guiding significance.
