| Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi huoxue Chinese medicine in treating patients with ejection score retention heart disease and depression,and to explore the efficacy of Yiqi huoxue Chinese medicine,so as to provide new ideas and methods for treating patients with ejection score retention heart failure and depression.Material and method:The study subjects were outpatient and inpatient patients at the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to March 2018.A total of 70 patients who were included in the standard patients with ejection score retention heart failure and depression(Qi deficiency blood stasis type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the 1:1 control principle.The control group was given basic treatment for heart failure.Including: angiotensin conversion enzyme inhibitors(Qiatuopuli 12.5-mg daily twice each time),?-receptor blockers(methoprolol succinate once a day,23.75 mg daily),aldosterone receptor antagonists(spironyl tablets 20 mg daily),Diuretics(furosemide tablets 20 mg once a day).On the basis of the basic treatment of heart failure,the treatment group added Qiqi Huoxue Traditional Chinese Medicine,namely the strong heart Tongmai square addition and subtraction(composed of ginseng,astragalus,safflower,beneficial mother grass,salvia miltiorrhiza,wolfberry,acacia peel,Lily,schisandra,and jujujube).Yiqi Huoxue Chinese medicine daily 1 dose,3 times a day,take half an hour after meal.The observation time was 4weeks in both treatment group and control group.The concentration of NT-proBNP,the ratio of early diastolic to late diastolic blood peak velocity(E/A),SDS points,and the Minnesota quality of life table were observed in the two groups.Attention is paid to observing and recording the patient's vital signs,symptoms,and adverse reactions during treatment.Results:1.The two groups of patients were compared with general data before treatment.After statistical analysis,Sex,age,course of disease,cardiac function classification,basic disease,heart rate,blood pressure,ratio of early diastolic to late diastolic blood flow peak speed(E/A),NT-proBNP concentration,SDS score,Minnesota Quality of Life Table There is no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups of cases are comparable before treatment.2.The ratio of early diastole and late diastole peak velocity(e/a)of cardiac ultrasonic indexes between the two groups was significantly different after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.NT-proBNP level: After treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group(P< 0.01),there are significant differences.The results showed that the level of NT-proBNP decreased significantly after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.SDS Points: Comparison between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.01),indicating that the treatment group to improve the effect of depression was significantly better than the control group.5.Minnesota Quality of Life Table: After treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group(P< 0.01),there are significant differences.The results showed that the score of the quality of life table in Minnesota decreased significantly after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huoxue Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with traditional Western medicine basic treatment and simple Western medicine basic treatment of ejection score retention heart failure are effective,the treatment group is better than the control group.2.Yiqi Huoxue Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with heart failure and improve the patient's depression.3.Yiqi Huoxue Chinese medicine can significantly increase the ratio of diastolic early and late diastolic blood flow peak speed(E/A).4.Yiqi Huoxue Chinese medicine improves the quality of life of patients.5.Yiqi Huoxue Chinese medicine has no adverse reactions and toxic side effects.It is safe and effective and worthy of clinical application. |
