Professor Jiang Shumin's Experience In Treating Peptic Ulcer Based On The Research Of TCM Syndrome Element Type

Purpose: Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,Professor Zhu Wenfeng relies on the dialectical syndrome differentiation system,based on summarizing the distribution rules of PU Chinese medicine syndrome and syndrome type,synthesizing my teacher's dialectical thinking and treatment methods,and deeply analyzing its syndrome differentiation characteristics.Can effectively guide the clinical and provide reference for treatment.Material and method: The clinical data of 80 patients were collected as research objects.Relevant information was collected through questionnaires,database was created,statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS20.0 software,and professional knowledge analysis was combined to summarize the distribution characteristics of PU TCM syndromes and syndromes.Results: 1.In the 80 patients in this study,the prevalence of males was slightly higher than that of females,and the age distribution was wider.The average age was 59.8±11.678 years,including 50-59 years old and 60-69 years old.There are more patients with PU,and DU is more frequent,and the ulcer is mainly in the duodenal bulb.The stage of the disease is mostly active and scar.2.Distribution of PU disease syndrome: gastric,spleen,liver,large intestine,kidney,heart,in turn,statistically significant(p=0.00<0.05),of which single disease syndrome,double disease syndrome,three diseases The proportion of the above and above is 36.25%,48.75%,and15%.3.Distribution of PU disease syndrome: followed by qi stagnation,qi deficiency,heat,dampness,yang deficiency,yin deficiency,food accumulation,blood deficiency,blood stasis,and loss of weight,which was statistically significant(p=0.00<0.05).The distribution of disease syndromes was real and false,and the proportions of evidence,deficiency syndrome,and false-acceptance were 38.75%,32.5%,and 28.75%.The distribution of the disease combination,the proportion of single disease syndrome,double disease syndrome,three disease and above were 18.55%,40%,41.25%.4.Distribution of PU syndrome: followed by dampness and heat stagnation syndrome,stomach heat qi stagnation syndrome,liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome,spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,spleen yang deficiency syndrome,stomach qi deficiency syndrome,stomach stagnation syndrome,Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,statistically significant(P=0.035<0.05).The distribution of the syndrome was mainly spleen-qi deficiency syndrome,food accumulation syndrome,heart-spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome,etc.,which was statistically significant(P=0.004<0.05).5.Distribution of syndromes and syndrome types and related factors: Correlation between syndrome and syndrome distribution and ulcer type: There was no statistically significant difference in the location syndrome,disease syndrome and syndrome distribution of different ulcer types(p= 0.864>0.05,p=0.833>0.05,p=0.703>0.05).(2)Correlation between syndrome and syndrome distribution and ulcer staging: There was no significant statistical significance of the distribution of syndromes in different ulcer stages(p=0.145>0.05);the distribution of syndromes and syndromes in different ulcer stages was Significant statistical significance(p=0.020<0.05,p=0.011<0.05).Conclusion:1.PU disease syndrome mainly includes stomach,spleen and liver.GU and DU are also involved in the large intestine,kidney and heart,and most of them are active period and scar stage.More have the characteristics of double disease.2.The main syndromes of PU disease are mainly divided into two categories: the common syndromes of deficiency syndrome are mainly qi deficiency,yang deficiency and yin deficiency;the common syndromes of evidence are mainly qi stagnation,heat and humidity.GU is mostly qi deficiency,gas stagnation,heat,etc.;DU is mostly qi stagnation,qi deficiency,heat,etc.;The pyloric ulcer is qi stagnation and heat;the compound ulcer is mostly qi stagnation,qi deficiency and heat and so on.The active period is mostly qi stagnation,heat,qi deficiency,wetness,etc.;the healing period is mostly qi stagnation,qi deficiency,etc.;The scar period is mostly qi deficiency,qi stagnation,wetness,yin deficiency and so on.The disease has many empirical evidences and is characterized by multiplepathogenic diseases.3.PU syndrome distribution: GU is mostly for stomach heat qi stagnation,stomach qi yin deficiency syndrome,damp heat stomach stagnation syndrome;DU is mostly wet and hot stomach stagnation syndrome,liver and stomach disharmony;The pyloric ulcer is a syndrome of stomach heat qi stagnation,liver and stomach disharmony;the composite ulcer is mostly damp heat stomach stagnation syndrome,stomach heat qi stagnation syndrome.Most of the active period is stomach heat stagnation syndrome,dampness and heat stagnation syndrome;The healing period is mostly wet and hot stomach stagnation syndrome;Most of the scars are spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,stomach qi deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome.4.Through the study of the distribution of Chinese medicine syndrome and syndrome type of PU,the
