Research On Nutritional Dietary Recommendations For Specific Populations Under Multi-objective Optimization

Multi-objective optimization problems have contradictory and complex relationships,but multi-objective optimization is required in many areas.At present,many achievements have been made on multi-objective optimization problems and applied to many fields.However,in terms of nutritious diet,the comprehensive consideration of the types,weights and nutrients of foods consumed by people is also a multi-objective optimization.problem.This thesis is derived from the needs of the specific project of nutrition and diet undertaken by the research group.Based on the theory of multi-objective optimization,combined with the reference standard of dietary intake of dietary nutrients of Chinese residents,this paper proposes a corresponding model for the dietary nutrition of specific populations and implements the project.In this thesis,the need for dietary nutrition for specific populations to the issue of multi-objective optimization is raised.Firstly,the nutritional diet of a specific population was analyzed.The mathematical model was constructed according to the proposed hypothesis,and the objective function and constraints were proposed.Then the complexity of the model was analyzed,and the necessity of reducing the complexity of the model was explained.The influence factor in the function is K-means clustering to reduce its dimension,and the multi-objective function dimension is reduced according to the main target method,thereby reducing the complexity of the model and reducing the effect of the model calculation.Finally,the error analysis of the solution result is performed,indicating the rationality of the error of the solution result.On the basis of establishing the mathematical model of multi-objective optimization problem of nutrition diet in specific population,the actual maternal nutritional diet data is applied to solve the practical problem,and certain constraints are added in the solution process to reduce the calculation amount of the model to achieve the design.The solution can calculate the purpose of the recommended solution.The recommended method of nutrition diet for specific population is put forward in this thesis,Then the recommendation results is analyzed and it explains the rationality of the error of the recommended solution.And it is within the range of error tolerance,which is a recommended solution that can be accepted.Thus it indicates recommended feasibility of the nutritional diet of pregnant women and the recommended method can provide scientific and reasonable reference for pregnant women’s nutritional diet.
