| Purpose:This study is to discuss the effect of Professor Bingjiu Lu on the treatment of Primary Liver Cancer in early,middle and late stage,and its effect on survival time and quality of life.Material and method:Collecting on 198 cases of PLC patients' medical history in August 1,2010-June 30,2017 at the professor Bingjiu Lu's clinic of the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and paying a return visit to the survivors and the families of those who died.Using frequency analysis,life table statistical method,T test,Ridit and other statistical methods to calculate the Early,middle,late stage of strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil pieces of frequency,taste and meridian distribution,survival rate(6 months,1 years,3 years and 5 years)and median survival time,comparing with the survival situation in the same period in China,and quantitative analysising of the quality of life before and after treatment by the PLC symptom classification table.Results: 1.This study is recorded in 198 patients with PLC,involves 154 flavor Chinese herbal medicine,and dioscorea opposita thunb,poria cocos wolf,endothelium corneum gigeriae galli,tangerine peel,semen coicis,cuttlebone,ginseng seed as professor Bingjiu Lu core drugs commonly used in the treatment.The early,middle,late strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil pieces of drug proportion are 1:1.79,1:1.05,1:0.91.2.In Chinese medicine's four properties,the more the illness is advanced,the more warm drugs are heavier,and the more cold drugs are lighter.In Chinese medicine's five tastes,early state patients mainly apply bitter drugs,but middle and late patients mainly apply sweet drugs,and discovering from comparison of single flavor drugs find that bitter and pungent drugs are most used in the early stage,but sour and sweet drugs are most used in the late stage.3.The survival rates of different stages patients are 86.76%,69.12%,36.86% and 29.41% respectively,and the median survival time are 20.51 months,the median survival time of the early,middle and late stages are 80 months,23.75 months and 8.24 months respectively,and comparing with the same period in China,the survival time of primary liver cancer patients is obviously prolonged.4.The total effective rate of treatment is 85.35%,and the symptoms are significantly improved after treatment.Conclusion: 1.The primary pathological contradiction of PLC is asthenia healthy qi and sthenia pathogenic factor syndrome,and master the bias of strengthening the body resistance and eliminating evil in different periods of light and taste are key factors for the treatment of this disease.2.The majority of PLC patients in early state due to damp heat,qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm and heat evil's interweave,healthy atmosphere is still strong,and in the course of treatment is mainly to eliminate evil,strengthening the body resistance is a supplement,so cold pungent and bitter cold drugs are used slightly more;in middle stage healthy atmosphere becomes gradual weakness,strengthening the body resistance is the same weight as eliminating evil,so the taste of the drug is between early and late stages;in the late stage healthy atmosphere is failure,spleen Qi lose health transport,viscera function lose adjust,and evil influence can't be longly strong,so in the course of treatment is mainly to strengthen the body resistance,eliminating evil is a supplement,acid sweet and warm heat drugs are more used in treatment.3.Professor Bingjiu Lu's phased treatment of Chinese medicine is significantly improved the survival time and quality of life of PLC patients. |
