The Immediate Effect Of Acupuncture At Fengchi Acupoint On TCD Of Migraine Patients

Purpose: By observing the changes of TCD in patients with migraine before and after acupuncture at Fengchi acupoint,we investigated the immediate effect of acupuncture at Fengchi on hemodynamics of intracranial arteries in migraineurs,and explained the mechanism of acupuncture at Fengchi for migraine treatment.Clinical application provides theoretical support.Material and method:According to the inclusion conditions,35 eligible cases were included.Before the start of the experiment,the patient rested and rested for 5 minutes.After the vital signs were stable,the experiment was started.All eligible patients were treated with acupuncture at Fengchi acupoint,and the middle cerebral artery and anterior cerebral artery were detected with transcranial Doppler ultrasound before treatment(10 min before needle insertion)(30 min after gas injection).The Vs,Vm and PI of the posterior cerebral artery and basilar artery and bilateral vertebral artery were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software for the change of TCD before and after acupuncture,and the difference of TCD changes after acupuncture for patients with different course and different disease conditions.If P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results: 1.Acupuncture Fengchi decreased with artery blood flow velocity and the maximum mean velocity trend,the average blood flow velocity before and after acupuncture MCA,VA,BA double changes significantly.Before and after acupuncture,the PI value of each blood vessel decreased.2.The Vs of ACA,MCA,PCA,BA and bilateral VA in the course of acupuncture less than 2 years and more than 2 years were significantly improved(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference in Vs between the two groups after acupuncture(P<0.05).3.Significant improvement was observed before and after Vm acupuncture in ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,and bilateral VA in patients with a course of less than 2 years(P<0.01).Acupuncture and wind pools were used in patients with ACA,PCA,MCA,and BA,which had a course longer than 2 years.The Vm of bilateral VA was significantly improved(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in Vm between the two groups after acupuncture(P<0.05).4.For patients with different course of migraine,the PI of ACA,MCA,PCA,BA and bilateral VA was significantly improved in patients with a course of less than 2 years and greater than 2 years(P<0.05).5.Acupuncture at Fengchi points in patients with different diseases,patients with simple migraine ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,bilateral VA Vs,Vm before and after acupuncture change is extremely significant(P <0.01),mixed migraine patients ACA Vs and Vm of MCA,PCA,BA and bilateral VA had significant changes before and after acupuncture(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Vs and Vm between the simple headache and mixed headache groups before acupuncture(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in Vs and Vm between the two groups after acupuncture(P<0.05).6.For acupuncture at Fengchi points in patients with different conditions,there was a significant difference in ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,and bilateral VA PI between patients with simple and mixed headaches(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture at Fengchi acupoint can effectively improve VSA,Vm and PI of ACA,MCA,PCA,BA and bilateral VA in patients with migraine.2.Acupuncture at Fengchi points in the treatment of migraine can improve the Vs,Vm,and PI regardless of the length of the disease,but the effect is better when the disease duration is less than 2 years.3.Acupuncture at Fengchi points can improve the Vs,Vm,and PI of simple migraine and mixed migraine,and the effect of simple migraine is better.
