In order to study the effects of Guanidineacetic acid on body size, daily average weight, daily growth rate, carcass performance and various organs and organs of mammals,3 weeks old male Kunming mice were used as experimental materials for feeding experiments. The body weight and body size of the mice were measured weekly from the start of feeding, and the weights of heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney were measured by slaughter for 8 weeks, and blood was taken for determination of serum creatinine content and muscle tissue was taken for HE staining to prepare sections. The results are as follows:1.There was no significant difference in daily mean body weight between the mice and the control group after adding 10 mM Guanidineacetic acid(p > 0.05).However,compared with the control group, the average daily weight of the 20 mM Guanidineacetic acid addition group was not significantly different at 1 week,5 weeks,6 weeks, and 8weeks(p > 0.05),after the addition of Guanidineacetic acid.Daily mean weight increased at 2 weeks and 4 weeks(p < 0.05)after the addition of Guanidineacetic acid, and significantly increasing daily mean weight at 3 weeks to 7 weeks(p < 0.01)after the addition of Guanidineacetic acid;2.Compared with the control group, the 10 mM Guanidineacetic acid addition group had no significant difference in live weight, body weight and slaughter rate(p > 0.05).Compared with the control group, the live weight, body weight and slaughter rate of the 20 mM Guanidineacetic acid addition group were significantly increased(p < 0.01).In the mouse density, the 10 mM Guanidineacetic acid addition group and the 20 mM Guanidineacetic acid addition group were significantly higher than the control group(p <0.05).3.There was no significant difference in tail length and head length between the Guanidineacetic acid-added group(10 mM group and 20 mM group)and the control group(p > 0.05).In the body length, the 20 mM Guanidineacetic acid addition group was significantly higher than the 10 mM Guanidineacetic acid addition group(p < 0.05);Compared with the control group, the Guanidineacetic acid addition group had no significant difference in heart weight, heart index, spleen weight, spleen index, lung weightand lung index, kidney weight and kidney index(p > 0.05),liver weight and liver index were extremely significant.Reduced(p < 0.01);4.The fast-twitch muscle fiber diameter of the guanidineacetic acid addition group was thicker than that of the control group, and the slow-twitch muscle fiber diameter was larger than that of the control group. The addition of guanidineacetic acid has no effect on the mixed muscle fibers;at the same time, guanidineacetic acid can reduce the fat cell area of visceral fat,but has no effect on subcutaneous fat.The frequency distribution of muscle fiber and fat cell area was quantitatively determined. The muscle fibers of the gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior muscles in the thioglycolic acid-added group were more likely to be distributed in the muscle fibers(p < 0.01),and the psoas muscle and the soleus muscle were more prone to the distribution of the fine muscle fibers(p < 0.01).And had no effect on the longissimus dorsi muscle;at the same time, the addition of guanidineacetic acid significantly reduced the fat cell area of visceral fat(p < 0.01),but had no effect on subcutaneous fat;In summary: The addition of Guanidineacetic acid increased the daily average weight, growth rate and slaughter performance of mice, the most significant of which was the change in muscle fiber diameter. At the same time, the addition of Guanidineacetic acid reduces the weight of the liver.
